We were in town for a sports event, and enjoyed our time here. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. We received a email with check-in and check-out instructions. The home had everything we needed for a quick 5 day trip. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place.

Excellent stay

Perfect location being in the middle of North Liberty, we were a couple blocks from extended family, it was so convenient. The house was spacious and cozy with plenty of room for kids to spread out. We would absolutely consider staying again.

The house was perfect for our needs. The mattresses on all the beds were awesome! Nice quality which isn’t always the case with rentals! Owner was very responsive and helpful!

Overall this place was good for what we needed. It was very basic, but clean and affordable.The beds on the other hand, were so uncomfortable, which definitely made for bad sleep. And there were no TV’s in bedroom which for us is a must!

We really love the place. It was very basic and it fitted our needs for 4 guys going to a football game. We love the location and the convenience of shopping and restaurants in the area. The kitchen was well supply. The bedrooms spacious and we slept very comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and supplied. The only issue was with the TV trying to get that to work, but we weren't there much to watchTV. We highly recommend going back again.

Convenient property. It was a townhome and the community could use a little updating. The property itself inside was clan and had what we needed. One weird thing was there were zero decorations. This made it feel very unwelcoming. But overall the condo served its purpose.Being able to pull into the garage and unload the car when it was raining was a great benefit.

Bang for buck

As stated you get a lot of bang for your buck here. That being said, it needs to be known there are 3 flights of stairs in this house. 4 if you count the steps from the garage. That needs to be stated in the listing. It currently is not.I had 2 70 year old people with me. No bueno.

Ok at best

They must just pocket the cleaning fee money. Tons of dust on bedroom ceilings, bathrooms dirty, with hair on and around toilets. Kitchen table had dried butter or grease of some sort on it. Not well maintained. Baseboards falling off, needs some paint and TLC.
