Villa BEACHNUT - ON PRIVATE BEACH IN A GATED COMMUNITY

Beachnut is currently being renovated, as of November 1st, 2022 it will have 5 bedrooms.
Beachnut is situated on a 1/2-acre beach lot.
Rental party: 10 people.
Day visitors allowed: maximum of 4 people/day.
NO PARTIES OR GET-TOGETHERS ARE PERMITTED.
Our gated community and beach are truly private; only guests to the properties are allowed on our beach. Staff included in the cost are a Cook, Housekeeper, House Lady/Man and Caretaker.
Beachnut is 45 minutes from Sangster International Airport.

We also have another 6-bedroom beachfront villa right beside this villa Beachnut. This villa Beachnut is a 5-bedroom situated on a 1/2- acre lot, and the other villa Fantasy (4254851) is a 3-bedroom situated on a 1-acre lot. Each villa has its own private pool. Renting both villas side by side is perfect for larger groups.

BEACHNUT is a 5-bedroom luxury beachfront villa situated on the private "Bengal Beach" in Rio Bueno harbour. Located on the beautiful north coast of Jamaica in the middle between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios; Montego Bay's Sangster International Airport is just 45 minutes away. Come swim in the Caribbean Sea & taste the "finest flowers" Jamaica has to offer under star filled skies. Enjoy exploring our north coast and the many island activities and attractions within close proximity. Get away from the fast passed life and leave rejuvenated from soaking up the positive vibes of our beautiful property and island. YEH MAAN!

The Villa is a open layout design where the living and dinning room seamlessly flows into the patio which seamlessly flows on to the yard/beach.

MEALS & GROCERIES
The rental cost does not include meals and drinks. If you want the villa pre-stocked with groceries, I will email you a Grocery List Form to fill out which I would then forward to the supermarket. The supermarket will have the groceries delivered on check-in day. Then a representative from the supermarket will come to the villa and take payment via cash or credit card the day before you check-out.
Generally guests pre-order groceries for the first 4 days and plan meals for those first 4 days. After arriving at the villa guests then discuss future meals with the cook and have the cook order additional groceries.

From the supermarket: The cost per person per day is $25 - $50 USD depending on the groceries order.

Christmas at Beachnut

Thanks for an excellent vacation, the property and staff were great. Overall I would recommend this property - it is clean and the grounds are well-maintained, the sleeping rooms are comfortable, AC worked great in bedrooms, we had hot water and good water pressure throughout our stay.

Exactly as advertised!

The house, pool and beach were amazing and everything looked as beautiful as shown in the pictures (which is not always the case!) The house staff was kind and helpful and great with the kids. The food prepared by Milton was delicious (3 times per day!) and it was an added bonus to never clean up or wash a dish. The only negatives: groceries were very expensive and there was no hot water for showers. Overall it was a great week and we highly recommend!

Amazing Stay 🇯🇲

My stay was AMAZING, the owner was great at communicating once booked. Omg the staff was amazing Alex is amazing so helpful, friendly & Ms. Hilary one the Greatest cook. Even with last minute changes Ms. Hilary was able to accommodate. This was such a wonderful stay for my birthday, I will sure to be back!!!

Everything from contacting Mathew to staying at BeachNut was easy with great communication by staff. The place is way better than the pictures. The staff is really accommodating to anything you need. They never say "No". Definitely would recommend and stay again....

Rest and Relaxation in Paradise

Overall, our stay was absolutely amazing! Matthew was extremely helpful prior to our arrival helping us with airport transfers, excursions and meal planning. Because all of that was arranged prior to our arrival, all we had to do after we landed was relax and enjoy. The house is well-appointed and perfectly suited our group of ten. We spent most of our time outdoors on the covered porch, in or around the pool, and on the beach and in the water. We liked the small neighborhood feel. We saw the people in the other houses, but it still felt like a private beach vacation. And I can’t say enough about the staff at the house. They felt like family at the end of the week. They were extremely attentive and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable.Our only complaint is that our sleep was disrupted by music from a nearby club the first couple of nights, and by traffic noise on the other nights.

Lovely villa, modern facilities, friendly accommodating staff, Gloria is an excellent cook, quiet secluded beach, great family retreat. Convienently mid way between montego bay and Ocho Rios activities although you will need to work out transportation. A few cons. The Internet service was quirky and inconsistent. No TV service ( l think this may be temporary). River empties in the bay the beach is on which limited visibility for snorkeling. Over all though, had a wonderful stay would do it again.

A blast at beechnut!

Beechnut is a beautiful place. Nice bedrooms with great AC. Main room was very hot so did not get used much. TV was hard to manage. Spent most of our time outdoors in the pool or in the ocean. Three times a day we were interrupted by the staff to feed us the most amazing meals. Hillery had to figure out meals for kids and adults. She killed it every time. Her sauces are legendary. Milton was always there to make things perfect. the entire staff was excellent! The location is quite aways away from any of the typical tourist spots, so we mostly just relaxed and enjoyed. Best parts, no one had to cook or clean for a week! Kids never watched TV! Thank you all!

The property was as described , it was beautiful .

We loved the house and the setting , was steps from the beach. The outdoor living area was the best on the beach , we never used the indoor dining or living room ! And we used the kayaks daily ( 2 kayaks that are shared with the property next door ) but they were always available when we wanted to use them . Gloria was an excellent cook , she made a lot of traditional Jamaican food as we requested. And charla was very conscientious in cleaning our rooms and bathrooms . And Gilbert made us a great bone fire on the beach ,as well as taking us for a short hike up to the bluff . The only down side was the Internet was an issue , although they have been working on correcting that , and the air conditioner in two of the bedrooms only worked intermittently , so the back bedroom was very warm . We did notify the owners and hopefully they have taken care of it . I would definitely rent this again !

Perfect place

The house was perfect! Every bedroom was a nice size, clean, nicely decorated and had it’s own air conditioning. It was great to be able to walk out of the home and have our pool, dining, lounge area and the beach right there. The staff was outstanding! Gilbert made sure the property outside was clean and any needs were taken care of. He wouldn’t go to sleep until we were all inside at night. We felt very safe on this property. Gloria and Charla took care of all of our needs inside the home. They spoil you!!! They cook whatever you request but I suggest you have them cook Jamaican food. It was delicious! Charla cleaned the whole house every morning. Matthew suggested a driver, John. We used him almost everyday. He was very accommodating and reliable. He was reasonably priced and charged per activity that we had him drive. We even had him drive us to get groceries one day. The grocery shopping service that Matthew has set up for the house is good, we just wanted to go ourselves one day. We would definitely recommend staying here again! It is a beautiful place and well taken care of.

Relaxing Family Fun

Our stay at Beachnut was absolutely incredible. The house is as described with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our multi-generational family of 12 (kids, teens, adults and grandparents). The bathrooms are all nicely renovated (some with sleek, modern fixtures). The best feature of this house is the outdoor space. We spent the week lounging on the covered patio, watching the kids in the pool and just gazing out at the ocean. We ate every meal at the large outdoor dining table. The beach is quiet (very few people), and the calm bay was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. The on-site staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly extraordinary. From cleaning the house daily, sweeping the sand away and doing everyone’s laundry to cooking delicious meals, washing the dishes and keeping the grounds beautiful, we felt completely pampered and totally relaxed. Hilary’s dishes were outstanding! Milton took care of every possible need, including driving us to a doctor and pharmacy. He is warm and welcoming and was especially lovely with the kids. Highlights: tubing on the nearby river, massages at the house, jet skis brought to us, and a day spent at the Hilton Rose Hall (which has fun water slides, a great ocean beach, catamarans and a pool with a lazy river). Tip: the bedrooms have strong individual air units but the main area has no A/C so can get quite warm. Doors are kept open during the day - bring bug spray! We will definitely return to Beachnut!

Slice of paradise on beautiful private bay with everything and more

Beachnut is a wonderful place to spend a vacation in Jamaica. It’s located right off the main road in a secluded bay with about 10-12 other villas. Walking down the beach and mingling with the other villa guests was a nice addition to our stay. The house is spacious for a large group. We were 2 couples with 4 kids total and had plenty of room. Outside the bedrooms everything is focused on the outdoors where we spent 90% of our time. The covered patio in the back is where we ate all our meals and is 10 steps from both the pool and beach. Unbelievably beautiful with palm trees all over, 4 hammocks, ocean views everywhere, and grassy areas. Also has a couple of kayaks, paddle board, and beach toys. This place literally has it all and is a perfect place to bring family with kids. Our little ones were in heaven and we were able to sit back relax and have eyes on them from all areas. The best part was the staff that works at the house. 4 people total who were all super genuine, warm and welcoming. They were gracious with our kids and just all around great people. The food was spectacular. My only mild complaint is that there is still construction going on next door which was not made clear. It wasn’t too bad but definitely noticeable. But once that’s finished it’s going to be another fantastic place and pretty sweet to rent both houses with a large group. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Matt, Milton, Gilbert, Charla, and Hillary. You guys are the best.

Our Home by the Sea!

AMAZING! Is the best way to describe our 7 day vacation at Beachnut. The pictures do not do any justice to this property. This 5 bedroom villa is immaculate and the staff have become our family. The villa is located in this beautiful cove on the beach where there are about 10 or so other villas on a private, gated community. What was not clear from the description is that the staff does not live inside of the house. There is a small little guest house on the property where I believe one of the staff members stays. The other staff comes every day in the morning and stays until mid afternoon or so. If you're worried about the staff being around, do not be. they are all delightful and are accommodating to whether you want them around or not... But I have to say having them around is a very special treat. The food is absolutely perfection. The main bedroom is massive, with access directly to the deck & each bathroom is exquisite. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have doors that open directly to the back of the house. Where the pool, deck, and beach are.The bedroom with the two queen beds does not have any access to the outside directly from the bedroom,so that's actually a great bedroom for kids. Although our two daughters who are in their 20s enjoyed that room. The 4th bedroom is in the front of the house right by the front door and has a beautiful private patio but does not have a view of the beach. We absolutely will be back.

Great Stay

We had a memorable stay at Beachnut Villa. The house is well kept, updated and very nice with ample common space and each of the five bedrooms had its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. But honestly, the outdoor space was what prompted me to rent this house and it did not disappoint. The beautifully designed deck, swimming pool and outdoor eating area are only steps from the calm bay. There were plenty of lounge chairs with comfortable cushions, Adirondack chairs, 4 hammocks and comfortable covered couches that were well cared for and always clean. It was really fun to sit in the pool or on the decks and watch the bay. There is a large shipping Dock to the west of the property, but it did not interfere with our kayaking or paddle boarding in any way. It actually gave us something interesting to watch and wonder about during the stay and the ship was off-loaded in just a couple of days. The staff was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip. The four of them, Milton, Sharla, Hillary and Gilbert were a gift. I’ve never rented a house with staff before and didn’t know how it would go, but it was very relaxed and they all quickly became friends. They were attentive but by no means intrusive. We looked forward to seeing them each day and enjoyed visiting with them about their homes, culture and families. The service and meals were above our expectations. This property is a bit remote, so if someone is looking for a low-key vacation spot this is it. There is construction across the road which was a bit noisy, but there is nothing the owner can do about that. Overall, this was an excellent choice for our group and I would highly recommend it.

The Perfect Setting for Family Vacation

We were greeted at the villa by Winsome, Gilbert, Charla and Hillary and given a very warm welcome and tour of our home for the week. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is beautiful and was perfect for our family, as I am sure it will be for any other group! Winsome spent each day with us, providing excellent service and meeting any special requests. Charla kept the villa spotless and Hillary prepared the most delicious meals. We tried many local dishes (jerk chicken, curry, festival, fried plantains, fish and garlic shrimp). They are able to prepare any meal you wish, but I suggest trying the local cuisine! The sea kayaks and standup paddleboard were great activity for the whole family. We really spent most days enjoying the island breezes and listening to the soft waves on the shore from the hammocks and lounge chairs (bring a book or two to read). There were plenty of cocktails to sip on the beach too :) We arranged for transportation to/from the airport with John. He was recommended by the owner, Matthew. John was waiting for us at the airport and we traveled in his very nice van. We also had John take us into Montego Bay one day for some shopping at the local craft market and then to dinner. That was our only excursion away from the villa. We felt very safe and well served by John while traveling. Matthew is a wonderful owner and we spoke by phone as he worked to meet a request we had. Everyone went out of their way to be sure we had the perfect vacation. Do not hesitate to plan your next vacation at Villa Beachnut. It was perfect in every way.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

We loved our stay at Villa Beachnut! The property is luxurious, spacious and beautifully decorated. Backyard with a large covered porch, private pool, beautiful plants, palm trees, and hammocks overlooking the private beach makes you feel like you are in a paradise! Best part of the Villa is the staff! They were wonderful. Hillary is an amazing Chef and made delicious Jamaican dishes. She customized the dish for various dietary needs. Charla cleaned and made the Villa perfect every day! Gilbert kept the property in great shape! Alex was a great butler and made our stay special. Matthew is a great property manager and was very responsive. We loved the convenience of having access to our own private beach, kayaks and paddle boards. Villa Beachnut was a perfect setting for a relaxing and rejuvenating beach vacation!

Best Birthday Girls trip ever

The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and gorgeous. However the best part of this property is the staff!! They are the stars. Alex is the best butler in Jamaica. He is attentive, caring, knowledgeable, professional, kind, just over all made the trip what it was. Hillary‘s food is to die for!!! Everyone raved on and on about her cooking. Mr Gilbert is a kind sweet man and helped with every little thing. Charla made sure everywhere was always clean and tidy. A slice of Paradise

This was the best vacation ever!! The house was wonderful & the grounds were well taken care of I thoroughly enjoyed watching the water from the lanai and enjoying breakfast outside. The staff were very easy-going and very accommodating. The chef was amazing the housekeeper was spot on everyday!! Gilbert the butler was always there when we needed him and our driver Never left us during outings and we never had a fear of danger. This is definitely a location that we will repeat in the very near future!

Wonderful property and hospitality!

Matthew, the owner, was very responsive. He arranged airport transportation, grocery order and delivery, and departure COVID testing, making it a relaxing and carefree vacation. The staff was excellent, very accomodating yet unobtrusive. The chef was outstanding! The outside of the property was much nicer than the pictures. I'm a picky person who has traveled the world. My first visit to Jamaica was 40 years ago. This was the most relaxing vacation I've ever had. Definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful trip. The place was clean and comfortable. The beach was amazing. I’d never rented a place with a cook and housekeeper before, but it was great not to have to do all of that so I (mom) could also relax.

Amazing

From booking through to our stay everything was wonderful! Hillary made us the most wonderful meals. I’m still dreaming about the lobster curry!! Shala was wonderful in taking care of all of our needs. We will definitely be going back.
