Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a sunroom that converts — comfortably sleeping up to 8 people in a home that doesn`t feel cramped even when it`s full. The Backyard
This is what guests keep coming back to. A fully fenced private backyard with remote-controlled bistro lights that you can set from your phone, a BBQ grill and outdoor table that seats six comfortably, and the avocado tree — a proper mature tree with a wooden swing underneath it, wrapped in flowers, that guests always mention in their reviews and always photograph. During avocado season you can pick them right off the tree, which is the kind of detail that sounds small and somehow ends up being one of the things people remember most about a trip.

It`s a genuinely private space. The fence does its job, the landscaping fills in the gaps, and in the evenings with the bistro lights on it`s one of the nicest backyards in this part of Miami.

You`re welcome to bring them along — we`re glad you want to. There`s a one-time fee of $75 per pet settled before check-in. It helps us prepare the home properly for your arrival and keep everything in good shape for the guests who come after you. Just mention it when you book and we`ll sort the rest. Happy to have them.

The address sits right between Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and Little Havana — which means you`re close to some of the best food, coffee, and street life in Miami without being in the middle of the tourist circuit. The Douglas Road Metrorail station is within walking distance, which gives you a straight shot into Brickell and downtown without a car. It`s a quiet residential street that sleeps well at night and has everything you`d want within ten minutes in any direction.

What can you expect from us?

1. You’ll enjoy a clean, tastefully decorated home that looks just like the photos.

2. The property is fully equipped to anticipate your needs, so no late‑night store runs are necessary. If something essential is missing, we kindly request to let us know and we’ll be happy to take care of it.

3. Our team is genuine, responsive, and committed to your comfort. We’re available from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. While appliances are maintained regularly, we understand that unexpected issues can happen. If so, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help as soon as possible.

4. Our goal at Tilah Stays, is to help create memorable experiences. Ask us about car rentals, birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette decorations, and more. We’d love to make your stay extra special.

5. For birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette, or special decorations, to ensure we can prepare everything smoothly, we kindly ask that you share any special requests at least 24 hours prior to your check‑in time. This allows our team to arrange the details promptly and have everything ready to welcome you.

What is expected of you?

1. We kindly ask to please respect the neighborhood. Our homes are located in residential areas, and neighbors may not be on vacation. Keep noise to a minimum both indoors and outdoors, and please note that quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8 PM to 8 AM.

2. Please help us maintain the property by treating it respectfully and keeping it in great condition during your stay. We understand that accidents happen, but we ask that you let us know so we can replace items in time for the next guest.

3. Just a friendly reminder about our trash collection schedule during your stay:

🟦 Blue Recycling Bin: 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.

If your stay overlaps with one of these collection days, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could place the appropriate bin at the curb the evening before collection.

4. Check‑in and check‑out at the agreed times. We operate on a tight schedule, with new guests often arriving the same day you depart. Lawn maintenance and cleaning services are also on a set schedule and needed to keep the property in great condition. Please be aware that these services cannot be rescheduled.
