We were fortunate to be able to stay in this place. The location is excellent, the home is clean, functions well and the rooms are comfortable. There is ample parking space. Communications with the host were excellent and timely and clear. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with my two small dogs. It was perfect, as listed. Clean, comfortable and easy communication. Entrance a bit hidden/private but if you read the communication sent on how to find it, easy. Nice private back yard space and I could walk across the street into a nice neighborhood with sidewalks to walk the dogs as well. 10 min walk to dog friendly park as well.

Perfect spot in the grove

This was my second stay here, and I'll surely be back. A friend stayed with me this time and remarked on how quiet and peaceful it is, despite being close to everything.

Outstanding Coconut Grove Sanctuary!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this VRBO town house in Coconut Grove location! This property was very quaint, clean, dog friendly and conveniently located to many local attractions and fabulous restaurants such as Vizcaya Museum, Frost Science museum and many restaurants either near CocoWalk or Coral Gables area. Alicia our host was very prompt in her communications and extremely welcoming! Definitely would book again! Thank you. Gene & Vickie

Great location-walking to restaurants, shoppingVery quiet private location which felt safe, private parking for 2 vehicles directly outside of front door.Very clean and well kept, great provisions in kitchen- we would definitely consider staying here again on next visit to Coconut Grove.

Convenience around every corner!

What a perfect location! We stayed for a few nights with our dog and we’re able to walk to great parks and around coco walk very easily. We have stayed at many Vrbo’s but this one was by far the cleanest and best equipped kitchen we have seen. Parking spaces were great and the HUGE TV in the living room was a pleasant surprise! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect vacation location

We were very pleased during our week stay at this quiet sanctuary. The home was very clean, the beds so comfortable, and the location perfect. We enjoyed the private patio every day. It was a great place to share with two of our grown grandchildren for a couple of days. It’s location is perfect for being close to parks, restaurants, and many things to do.

Beautiful property in a great location. Communication with property host was best I have experienced!! Everything was clean and comfortable. Plenty to do within walking distance. Only a short drive to beaches, the zoo and other ‘things to do’ in Miami. Highly recommend and look forward to another visit!
