Welcome to Tonto’s Hideaway! Perched high and privately above the rest, this secluded one-bedroom cabin boasts over 1,300 sqft, a beautiful mountain view, and is perfectly located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for a location that just can’t be beaten!

MAIN LEVEL:
Entry level of the cabin offers the kitchen, dining area, living area, bathroom, and outdoor deck.

Step into the kitchen and whip up a culinary delight in the fully equipped kitchen offering all major appliances, and all the cookware and tableware necessary to make meal preparations a breeze! The dining area offers seating for 4 at the table or, if you want a more intimate space, seating for 2 at the bar.

The living area offers leather furnishings (including sleeper sofa for additional sleeping), a (seasonal) gas fireplace perfect for a cozy night in, and flat screen TV waiting for you to catch up on your favorite shows!

Step out on the deck and take in the gorgeous mountain view while bubbling away in the hot tub or fire up the gas grill and try your hand at some Smoky Mountain BBQ!

UPPER LEVEL:
Upstairs you will find the loft bedroom area. Featuring a king size bed, TV, and large jacuzzi tub waiting to soothe your tired muscles after a long day of hiking or sightseeing!

Great get away weekend

The hot tub was great especially in the snow! I would have liked for it to be a little more private (maybe a screen/fence on the ends of the porch). The cabin was clean and nice, just as described. The road to get to the cabin needs maintenance.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway-Husband & Wife Only

We really enjoyed the peace and quite to relax even though it was Labor Day Weekend, we wanted a getaway away from kids and the busy life, that's exactly what we his at Tontos. Lived the huge open cooking area, grilling on the deck, enjoying the hot tub and the jacuzzi/pool in our bedroom, we could make it hot or make it cold like a pool. Hiked around the cabin. We just truly enjoyed the privacy! We will be back!

It was a wonderful stay!!!

The property was amazing. Very clean and nice. The only issue was that the roads had ice on them therefore no one could get there to clean which is understandable but no one called to tell me and I didn't find out until I was already waiting 2 hours past check in time. I then had to try to find a hotel last minute and that ended up costing a lot. But the cabin was beautiful snd in a great location. We had a wonderful time

Perfect cabin in the mountains!

First I want to emphasize the beautiful view this cabin has of the mountains and the hot tub on the back deck is perfect after a day of hikes/exploring. The place is clean, stocked with all kitchen supplies to make home cooked meals and the bed is very comfy. Coming from Florida where we drive on flat roads everywhere, the road up the mountain to this cabin was a little (very) scary. We went in October and drove a truck so it was definitely an experience. I would just recommend driving a 4wheel drive vehicle especially if you’re going during winter months. All in all 10/10 and would definitely rent this place again. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Great cabin away from it all

Loved the cabin! Very private and felt tucked in away from it all. The drive up to the cabin was an adventure as we came in at night in the rain. View from the deck was beautiful and loved watching the sun rise. Would stay there again for sure.

Perfect Honeymoon

We loved Tonto’s Hideaway! It was immaculate and everything felt very high quality. My new husband and I loved sitting on the porch with a glass of wine or soaking in the hot tub after a long day of exploring the Smokies. The drive up is nerve-wracking coming from someone with limited mountain experience and I wish we’d known ahead of time to bring laundry detergent; minor inconveniences for how impeccable this property is! Oh and the couches are divine.

The cabin was as described in listing. Beautiful cabin and views. Only issue was hot tub was empty. They did come out next day and fill. Some of the knobs on it didn’t work. But was still good experience.

The cabin is exactly as described. Clean & was decorated for Christmas. Very cozy. Road getting up to the cabin is a little tricky because is very narrow but just try to travel in daylight. There was a bad snow storm that was unexpected. Lost electricity but the cabin has a gas fireplace that kept the cabin plenty warm. There is also a nice gas grill. The rental company was very fair & reimbursed us for the days of lost electricity. All & all we will go back. The views are amazing!

Great Cabin directly between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge

The pics of the property don't this cabin justice. Awesome location and views of the mountains. The cabin was very clean and cozy. Loved the gas fireplace and the jacuzzi on the back deck. Fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed to cook thanksgiving dinner. Easy check-in/check-out process. The private road up is tiny and should be first attempted in the daylight to get your bearings! Loved everything about the place.

Great stay

The stay was wonderful. The cabin was exactly as pictured online, very clean. Very quiet area. The only negative was the one lane road going to the cabin, impossible to pass another car, extremely narrow, would need a 4 wheel drive during rain or snow. Overall, we had a great time, just made sure we were back to the cabin before dark.
