Great stay, wonderful home! The A/C presets defaulted in the middle of the day and night which made it slightly uncomfortable but outside of that , we had a great experience!

Host was very accommodating when we needed to add a day to our stay. Very nice house, price and location. He added “black-out” curtains in bedroom with noise-cancelling machine which was awesome. We had Keurig cups, laundry detergent, fresh linens and towels. We would come here again.

Very quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Great little home with all the amenities you need for a long stay. Host was very accommodating and helpful.

Roomy, comfortable space! Quiet neighborhood with several walkable restaurants. Climate control was somewhat challenging. Our experience was clouded by the fact that we struggled to gain access every time we wanted to enter. We had to call the host to gain entrance upon arrival, and again another time. The host did correct the issue after we just couldn’t get in one time.

The house looked like it was advertised. Close to riverwalk and communication with Luke was excellent. The only thing is the house is settling and opening the front door was tough. My husband was able to after several tries but if it was just me probably real struggle. Clean and cute. Will stay again.

The black out shades were great, blocking out the lights from the carver center which was lite like a Christmas tree , the only thing was the thermostat one of the days it got warm and we couldn’t adjust temperature, but overall it had everything we needed

Great place to stay for singles or couples. Easy walk to the Alamodome and Riverwalk. House was clean, tidy, and felt safe while traveling alone. Would stay again.

Charming and quaint

Loved staying here. The owner definitely put effort into this place feeling like home. It's in a great location to get to downtown and the Riverwalk. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Such a cute little house!!

The house was super clean! It was very close to grocery stores and the river walk. We had a great night sleep with the blackout boxes that were created! Would book again!

Great Location

The proprrty is located within walking distance to local eats, pubs, and a brewery. Safe at night as we walked around to location without any issues. Friendly places to stop & share a drink or something to munch. House is as indicated on pictures. We plan to visit in the future.

Great place

In San Antonio for a family members surgery. Location was close to the hospital and easily accessible. House was very clean and well furnished. Easy check in process. Luke is a great host. Responds to questions in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

Cute little house on the corner

close to everything! It is at the intersection of a busy street, but that wasn't too big of a deal. Lots of space, modern appliances. The host communicated well. Would definitely stay again

Christmas Visit

Luke was great with communicating with me during the visit for any questions I had. House was beautiful and it was a very comfortable stay. Do wish he had some curtains in the living room since it was very warm in San Antonio but that is a simple fix. Overall wonderful place close to downtown and new places opening around. Look forward to staying there again!

Nearly perfect

Luke was a wonderful host and the house is cute and in a GREAT location. It looks a little dicey driving up but we had zero issues. Its an empty lot away from a fairly busy street but the blackout panels and noise machine were perfect to block it out. The bed was super comfortable amd everything was clean. Quick response from host when we had questions.

Placé was clean. Not in the best location though

We made the best of it. There was nothing stocked. Just salt n pepper some coffee pods n water. Traffic n trains were a nuisance but we live in rural ks. But like I said it was clean n we made the best of it.

Thanks for comments. I cannot do anything about the location. It is near downtown of the 7th largest city in the US. There are noises that come with this location. There is a white noise machine in bedroom that does a pretty good job of drowning out these noises. I am sorry you feel like you had to "make the best of it". Heat & Cameras

There was a camera in the main part of the house. Required to walk thru there from bedroom to bathroom. I feel like it invaded our privacy. Was not disclosed in ad. Heat was preset to 67 in the day, 60 at night. Sheetz & thin bedspread only on bed. Slept in our clithes

Hi and thanks for the review. There are cameras at the house - one on the front porch and one on the back porch. There are no camera inside the house at all. I am not sure was has been mistaken as a camera but there are none in the house. The thermostat is a nest and is adjustable manually at all times. It is a smart thermostat so will change depending on whether or not people are home or away. I do apologize for these problems. I wish I would have been contacted during your stay and I would have done my best to clarify any issues.
