Our condo is a fully furnished second floor unit that has an open floor plan with a vaulted wood ceiling in the living room, dining and kitchen area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a remodeled attached master bathroom with stand-up shower. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a fully remolded bathroom with tub/shower. There is additional sleeping on the pull-out sofa, located in the living room. The kitchen has also been remodeled and is equipped with newer stainless steel stove, refrigerator and dishwasher; also equipped with new microwave, George Foreman Grill, toaster, toaster oven, rice maker, granite counter tops and new washer/dryer which is located inside the condo. There is a newly installed central air conditioning unit, WiFi Nest Thermostat, 3 ceiling fans and 3 flat screen TVs; located in every room. The unit comes equipped with cable TV, WiFi, Apple TV, a DVD player and DVD library, video game console, Bluetooth Speaker, built-in Wine Cooler and an IPod charger-radio in both bedrooms. The entire condo has newer furniture (including fixtures, ceiling fans, televisions, beds, mattresses and bedding, dressers, couch, towels, lamps and kitchen utensils). The unit is located directly across the street from the resident's beach, on the corner of San Marco and Collier Boulevard and has an extended 20 foot private balcony with a partial water view of the Gulf of Mexico. There are two heated swimming pools located within the complex. There is an assigned parking space with additional parking available. The Mariner Apartments is a “Monthly Rental Only” complex and cannot be rented by the week; also no pets, commercial pickup trucks or motorcycles allowed (per complex rules). No smoking inside the unit, on the lanai or outside in any common areas. Rent starts on the first of the month.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the converted amount are specifically agreed in advance with the owner/advertiser. We require 20% down at time of reservation. Remaining balance along with $500.00 security deposit is due 30 days prior to occupancy date. We accept personal check, cashier check, cash, credit card or electronic wire transfer through VRBO. Tax, cleaning fees and any credit card surcharges or wire transfer charges (2.9% Domestic, 3.9% Foreign) are not included and will be added in the final contract agreement. All VRBO Instant Quotes are subject to change; due to inaccurate automated responses (see actual monthly rates below). Rates listed below are valid through December 2017.

What is the service fee?
The service fee is a fee charged to the traveler and is calculated on a sliding scale of 4% to 10% of the total booking. The charge applies to the cost of the rental and will not exceed $499. The service fee helps cover the cost of running the HomeAway / VRBO websites, including features such as 24/7 customer support and marketing efforts to ensure a quality experience on our sites for both travelers and owners.
Travelers pay the service fee by credit card or eCheck through the checkout flow or payment request, no matter how they pay the owner. The service fee is charged to the card once the booking has been accepted.
