Great Rental in a Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was a late add for a conference at the JW Marriott that had been sold out for months. This condo was right across the street making it a perfect location to be able to walk to all meetings and dinners there and close to the hotel. The property was clean and quiet which both ranked high on my list of desireables. I checked in late at night and out early in the morning, both after/before hours for the property management company. However, all directions and communication made for a seamless process. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed to make breakfast. Two comments to consider if you're booking here: 1) There is light that shines in through the bedroom window at night. There are blinds but they don't block the light very well. Bring something to block that light if you prefer a very dark room. I knew to bring something (a dark sheet) because of a previous review. 2) The blinds in the living room are white sheer. I didn't really mind because I don't think anyone can see from out on the street, but others may not like the perceived lack of privacy.

Great Location

Overall the stay went really well. The location of the condo is directly across the street from the beach with easy access. They supplied beach accessories and towels. My only two complaints were the sheet were disgusting and stained and the condo smells like the nail salon on the main floor. When you walk in there is a strong nail polish odor.

The condo needs a lot of cosmetic work

Needs paint, torn curtains, curtain rods falling down, no lock on patio door, beach umbrella broken. Can’t close the door into the bathroom from bedroom because the bed is to close. Condo needs to be taken better care of or reduce the rate

Location was excellent for beach access and we really appreciated the beach chairs! Seemed to be a very safe quiet area with friendly people everywhere. Pool and tennis courts also clean and well maintained but net for court was not available so we had to drive to other locations to play.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only complaint I have is there was no TV in the bedroom. I like to watch tv while laying in bed so that was a real bummer. The other thing I didnt like was there were no blinds in the living area and the windows were covered with sheer curtains, therefore, anyone can see in. The curtains also had a few holes in the fabric. We were able to see a little bit of the ocean across the street. The balcony faces Collier avenue which can be a bit loud but we still enjoyed it. The condo is a short walk or drive to many restaurants. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo again.

The curtains are ripped and the shade is not functioning. the furniture will well used. I think the outdoor table in the kitchen is a decorating mistake and too big. The unit did not look like the picture when I rented. The property overall is in a great location. The pool in the parking lot added no ambience.

My feet/socks were black just walking around. Apparently, the housekeepers just sweep and don’t mop. Also, they should stock quarters for the laundry in the office.

Location great but condo needs lots of work

Disappointed overall in condition of this unit. Condo definitely needs to be updated. Very dingy and dated and worn. Host Stephen is non responsive. Ignored my initial inquiries about condo and ignored my 2 phone messages. When he did respond he only answered a few of my concerns about recent VRBO reviews. Many issues with unit—ice maker makes about 6 cubes a day, torn sheers in living room/kitchen, pull-out couch has no privacy due to only sheers, shower very old, small and dark, no towel bars or hooks in bathroom by sink/shower, bathroom sink water pressure is extreme, no Kleenex provided, bed sheets very scratchy, mattress nearing it’s end, no beach cart, one beach chair fabric is torn, tiny cooler that doesn’t hold much at all or stay cool long, minimal kitchen items, no pots or pans, kitchen chairs are stained, tv very finicky and hard to turn on. Pluses-located across the street from public beach access. Unit had new patio furniture. Beach umbrella was provided. We stayed in a different condo in this same building a year ago and while that one wasn’t newly updated either it had better amenities and the host was very quick to respond to questions.
