This unit is a little treasure and you will find one great feature of this complex is the short walk to the private beach access exclusive to Sunset Cove.
This will be your Home Away from Home!
This quiet, nicely landscaped complex with pool is close to playground,restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, gas station, urgent cares and hospitals.
Free WIFI available!
Full kitchen with small appliances, utensils, pots, pans, air fryer, mixer and crockpot.
Boogie board, sand toys, beach towels and beach mats, beach chairs and umbrella w/anchor provided.
Now we have a couple of bikes to enjoy island breeze biking.
Ground floor unit and you parking space right by your door also free guest parking available to your guests.
Please use only your designated parking space.

********Condo assoc rules posted in laundry room. Nothing hung/shaken over railings & nothing left by door such as beach sandals per Fire Marshall please.

Please use footwash by pool on feet, sandals, beach chair legs to help keep sand out of condo.

We love sunset cove and this condo is so cozy and had everything we need for beach days and stay in rainy days! We cooked alot so we could spend the time we could at the beach! We love being on the ground level too! Highly recommended will be staying again!! Thank you

Our vacation to Treasure Island was nothing short of a dream. The canal at the back of the complex was perfect for fishing, and seeing dolphin and manatee in the am. The pool was even better than we had anticipated. The very short walk to the beach was nice andwe loved watching the beautiful sunsets every night. The condo was perfect for my family of three. We will be returning very soon!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and decorated well. Access to the beach is across the street for morning walks and evening sunsets. It was nice that they had several folding chairs and even a beach umbrella! A deck or patio would have been nice, but considering the cost it was convenient for us.

We loved our stay! Our hosts were wonderful. Very responsive with communication right from booking through our stay. Easy check in and out. The place is perfect if you’re looking for a nice quiet condo literally steps from the beach! Very clean and stocked with all the amenities you could need. King size bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend! We hope to stay here again!

The location was just across the street from a beach entrance to Sunset Beach. The owners provided beach towels, an umbrella with an auger support to hold it up, fold up beach chairs, beach toys for kids, and more. Both TVs had many apps to sign in to for viewing, but truthfully we didn’t spend a lot of time watching TV. We had more fun walking on the beach to look for shells by day and view the sunset at dusk. There weren’t any biting insects in May when we visited; this isn’t the case farther south in Florida. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils and newer appliances, and the bathroom had nice soft towels along with first aid products in a cupboard. We loved the bed and didn’t notice noise from adjoining units. All in all, this was a great two person unit in a great location. We enjoyed the many places nearby to eat out too. I wish there had been brochures or recommendations in the unit for restaurants frequented by the local people. We loved Gigi’s, Kenny’s Corner Cafe, and Sloppy Joe’s.

Perfect location if you’re looking to relax and have space on the beach. The bicycles were a big bonus to ride around on!!Refreshing pool to dip into after rinsing off sand from the beach. Condo was super clean and had literally anything you could think you would need and more!!!I appreciate Arpad for working with me and cannot wait to book again.

Loved the beach. Enjoyed our stay

Loved the beach and that we were able to walk to it from our condo. The condo owners were real helpful and answered all of our questions.

We had a wonderful time. We took full advantage of the property’s amenities like the umbrella, beach chairs and floats. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was cozy. We loved the location too. The beach was right across the street. Since we didn’t bring a car, we appreciated there being a 7-Eleven and bus stop just a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
