Leave the bulky kid stuff at home, unit includes a pack and play, a high chair and a stroller.

Great two bedroom plus bonus room condo in the heart of the Wintergreen village. Located in the upper section of Laurelwood this two level, two bedroom, two bath plus bonus room condo is perfect for a weekend or week long getaway. Located just steps from the Market and a private pool in the complex plus under a 5 minute walk to everything from Skiing/Tubing, Hiking, Wintergreen Music Festival, Mountain Inn Shops, Conference Center and Restaurants. Golf, Tennis, the Wintergreen Spa are only a few minute drive away or shuttle ride away.

Two bedrooms, a bonus room and two baths spread across two levels with an open floor plan. First floor has a full bath, bedroom with a queen size bed (pillow top mattress) and a twin size bed. A bonus room off the living room has another full bed along with a twin bed, perfect for kids or teens. The master bedroom in the loft upstairs has a king sized bed (Casper mattress) and a private full bath. Kitchen is fully stocked with service for 12 and all the pots, pans and tools you'd expect at home. Great work/learn from home setup with a 100 Mb cable modem/Wifi, a desk and 24” LED Monitor.

Catch the all the game and be sure not to miss your favorite show on the 50" LED TV complete with YouTubeTV, NFL Sunday Ticket. A Blu Ray Player, Amazon FireStick, xBox One and a AppleTV bring all the comforts of home. A Nest thermostat ensures the condo is comfortable prior to your arrival. Leave the chargers at home with USB Outlets in every room.

Ample parking for you and your guests are located only a single flight of steps from the unit.

Includes a Guest Pass for free admittance to the WPOA run Outdoor swimming pool on the mountain (Open late May to early September).

Check in is 4:00 PM and Check out is 11 AM. However we are happy to work out flexible arrival and departure times when possible, just send us a message and we'll work something out.

This cozy cabin style condo was perfect. Neat “hidden” room. Amazing loft master room. The only thing I would say to other parents, if you want privacy from the kids, this is not the place for you. The stairs to master bedroom do not have a door or any way to keep anyone from just walking up. That being said, we loved the place and location.

Our stay at Laurelwood Condo was great! We decided last minute to head to the mountains for a little hike and apple picking with our kids and dog. The Condo suited our need perfectly and we had a great time. The condo was right off the main road to Wintergreen and easy to find with the directions sent to us by the owner. When we arrived everything was in order and ready for us to unpack. We had one small hiccup that the owner quickly remedied. Philip was readily accessible and quick to respond with a solution. Check in and check out was a breeze and the house was fully stocked with everything that we needed and more. This condo was the perfect solution for a last minute getaway!

We spent Thanksgiving weekend, and had a great stay. The location at Wintergreen was very handy, easy walk to the market and restaurants. The unit is compact, but well equipped and very comfortable.

Has all the amenities you need, within walking distance to slopes and main resort! One minor con is one of the downstairs bedrooms isn’t heated and gets pretty cold during our winter stay, but a small space heater is provided.

Great Location with a quick walk to ski checkin

This is a great condo and location close to the check-in and equipment rental of Wintergreen. This was our first trip there and I loved the location. The house was clean and cozy and had all the amenities needed. Our host was easy to get ahold of and very pleasant. Would definitely rent again.

The condo is in a great location. There is plenty of parking and close enough to walk to the ski slopes. The space in the condo is very well utilized. The property manager is very responsive and interested in providing any help and improvements if needed.

Very convenient

The condo is very convenient to the market, restaurants, and slopes. We were able to walk to Eagle Swoop (blue) and get right on the slopes. The kitchen has everything you’ll need and everything was clean. TV and WiFi were great, loved having access to all our streaming. Our boys loved the Xbox. The host was very responsive too.

Snow much fun!

We had an amazing trip! This condo was in the perfect location and easy to find! Everything was just as pictured and described! Only complaint is if you have the fire place going it gets hot hot upstairs! No fault of the owner or anyone just bring a fan! Owner was so nice and responded quickly!
