For your comfort, there is one bedroom located on the first floor with a full bathroom next to it. The first floor also a cozy living room with a comfortable couch and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor.

GUEST ACCESS
Be our guest! As our guest, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including the private pool and all clubhouse amenities at no additional cost.

Upon arrival, you'll check in at the security gate, where your ID will be checked and you'll be provided with a guest pass for the duration of your stay. Please provide us with the names of all guests so we can register you with the security gate.

Guests will have full access to the entire house within the residential gated community. Additionally, guests will enjoy complimentary access to all club amenities. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about the resort or the surrouding area!

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES
The house is self-catering and we only provide welcome amenities for your convenience and FIRST USE (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel and trash bags). Please stop by your favorite grocery store to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

- Free parking spots in front of the house, with additional parking on the street (first come, first served).
- We offer complimentary WiFi.
- Kids amenities are provide free of charge, including a high chair, kids table, crib and baby tub.
- A washer and dryer available for free use at the house.
- We offer a propane BBQ grill with a $35 fee for use. This fee ensures that you don't need to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there feel free to use it. Guests requesting this service understand that they use the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused by it.

PACKAGES DELIVERY
- You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

POOL HEATER SERVICE
- We offer pool heating for an additional $40.00 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

- Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures.

** Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, with an additional $15 per night for each extra guest (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
