Private Jacuzzi! Location, location, location! Located 3 miles to the beach and close to local restaurants, parks and grocery store! We are located in Port Orange, a small quiet beach town South of Daytona. We are close to the beach, a short 5 minute drive from Daytona Beach! We also close to the charming and beautiful New Smyrna Beach, a short 10 minute drive! This fully renovated beach home is the perfect escape for couples and families!

This Gorgeous Renovated House has 2 bedrooms and 1 Bathroom - One bd with Queen Bed, One bd with two Twin beds and a Sofa Bed on the living room. Up To 6 people comfortably!
Private fully fenced backyard with Barbecue area!
Newly furnished with Fully equipped kitchen for cooking - stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, keurig and regular coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Grill available for use at no extra cost.
Iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Includes linens, towels, Smart Tv on all Bedrooms and WiFi are included for your entertainment.
Great food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. Centrally located on a quiet piece of Port Orange

*** No Smoking. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. Smoking penalty if inside the house is $300
- Only registered guest are allowed to stay overnight.
- No Parties, please.
- Grill available for use at extra cost ($50 cleaning per stay) GLP guest responsibility.
- Hot Tub available for use at extra cost ($15 daily) I need to know at least 48 hours before arrival in order to fill and heat.

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our stay with our dogs. Backyard was fenced in and really big! House is right off a busy main road, but relatively quiet in the evenings! Overall, great stay!

Beautiful place, super clean, very modern, easy communication with rental person. The backyard was wonderful for our dog and the jacuzzi was a cherry on top! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful weekend

I just want to say if you're looking for a quite peaceful place to enjoy some family time and get proposed to this is amazing. Great communication with owner always a pleasure would definitely stay again. Just one thing extra blankets would be a great addition.

Urban beach house

Nice duplex. Pet friendly with a large, fenced backyard. The hot tub was pretty small. More like a one person jacuzzi bath tub. Convenient location on a major residential 4 lane street. It was fairly quiet even during Daytona Bike Week.

Winter Blues Getaway

This duplex is a great place to stay especially if you are traveling with pets. The backyard is fantastic, with a full privacy fence and sliding door leading right from the living room to the large yard, it made access a breeze. The unit itself has everything you need and the hot tub was so enjoyable during the cooler evenings. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and not too far from the things we enjoy the most. I really appreciate good pet friendly units and this is one I would book again.

Overall Great Stay

My only suggestion is to upgrade the mattresses, they’re extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The sofa bed on the couch was more comfortable than all the beds. Hot tub was perfect temperature for all the days we stayed. It would also be helpful to the owner if he either tiled the entire bathroom floor, or provided a better shower curtain so less water would be all over the floors. Please provide more than one roll of toilet tissue for those who are staying more than one day. Overall, my family really enjoyed the space, and very appreciative to find someone who allows dogs.

First of all to duplex it’s not a full house as pictured. All the interior doors and floors were dirty upon arrival. There was a toothpaste lid in the bathroom floor and piles of dirt that were swept up underneath the rug in the living room. The water heater only holds enough water for a 2 min shower at most. There was also a little bit of garbage in the backyard. I had to pay an extra fee to use the hot tub, which does not get warm. I contacted the host about the hot tub not working and tried to get a refund for just the hot tub fee at least. He wasn’t willing to refund any money.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. The house is located on a very busy and noisy main road, which was not noted in the listing. The home was cleanish, however, there were very limited supplies in the house: a half roll of paper towels, 5 thin/ inadequate bath towels, no hand towels for the bathroom, 1 kitchen towel and no pot holders to remove anything from the oven. In addition, the home as listed as pet friendly, but the back yard was poorly maintained. The grass had not been mowed and a sticky weed substance was rampant throughout the yard, covering not only our children but our Yorkie, who we had to have groomed upon returning home to remove the weeds and grass stuck in her hair. There were cigarette butts littered on part of the patio and metal and plastic pieces in the hot tub. Reaching out to the owner, resulted in a roll of paper towels and toilet paper being left at our door, which did not resolve anything. We were truly very disappointed by the response and will not be staying at this home again, even though we frequent the area.
