Best Deal in New Smyrna that sleeps up to 6. Hugh 75' X 10' Shared Pool. If you don't want to rent a Extra LARGE RV & then pay the $50/nite camp ground fees!!! this is your deal. Its my personal 2007 40' Fleetwood Prowler Travel Trailer in excellent condition fully, equipped , stocked & set up on my New Smyrna Beach property in a quiet area only 3.5 miles from New Smyrna's World Famous, Drive on Beach. It’s approx. 460 sq ft with 1 queen 4 bunkbeds and a pull out couch & all the comforts of home. Everything is included, stocked kitchen, 2- Smart TV's , WIFI, Shared washer & dryer, even a shared 2nd shower in garage if you need two showers. It has a Large 75’ X 10’ screened in pool/partial covered, refreshing pool, its slightly warmer then the seasonal NSB ocean temperature, which you have shared access to. along with the other current guests of the 3 other accommodations on property.
My place is 3.5 miles to beach, approx. 1 hr. to Disney World, Universal Studios or Kennedy Space Center. (Rocket launches are great from New Smyrna Beach) Also plenty of restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the people, the outdoors space, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Bring your bikes & ride to Main Street , Gym & Beach everyday. Note: There is a $90 per stay additional non refundable pet fee for up to 2- 50lb max dogs or cats. If you forgot pay this fee at time of booking VBRO will bill you upon arrival. Notice: Video surveillance cameras monitor outside of guest homes , pool & common areas, for your protection.

Good and reasonably priced.

It worked out great for our family. There is a big backyard for kids to run and get their crazies out. The pool was too cold so we didnt get to use that but had a great overall stay

It was exactly what we expected, they were so kind. The tv remote batteries went dead and someone brought some right over even though she was sick. (She left them outside so we didn’t have contact, so thoughtful)

When we arrived the listing on Vrbo said 3 bedrooms and was only 2 but called the rental agent and they were there immediately and made things right by putting us in the house we had a great 10 days and will go back Highly recommended

Bike week 2023

Everything was exactly the way we thought it would be and even more. Kim the host was on top of everything and took care of anything we requested. We were also able to enjoy the pool as the weather was perfect. The washer and dryer in the garage was an added bonus. Definitely will stay again

Great vacation

When we got there kim met us and let us in early because we got there at 3:30. Kim was very nice. The kids love the pool. Every thing was so easy to get around staying there. Our rv was comfy the kids had their own beds hurray. No fighting with them

Beach getaway/ Cheer Nationals

What a great option to stay at for a beach location only 10 mins down the road! We had restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance! The pool was perfect after getting back from the beach or errands and you just wanted to relax. We will be booking next year for my nieces last year competing!! It was so perfect and affordable! Sunny Fla vacation

Great camper for my wife and I, very convenient to shopping and restaurants, Kayak fishing the mosquito lagoon, the beach. You can drive on the beach, if you want a more natural beach setting with no buildings and crowds. Head south to Apollo beach! Kim was awesome and was there anytime we needed her. The only thing that I did not like was the small toilet room, I’m a big guy!! LOL! Camper was very clean and well stoked!! We WILL be returning in the future!

1st timer

First time using VRBO. Got to the trailer and found bugs in the beds. We did get a full refund on the spot but we were left without accommodations during spring break. Wound up in a motel costing us more than double.

Great place to stay

From the initial contact with the property owner to my final checkout it was a great experience. I never waited more than 5 minutes to get a response to a question or concern. Gene and Kim were incredibly nice and friendly. The property is in walking distance to Publix, Winn-Dixe, Big Lots, and Dollar Tree in one direction. And to historic Canal Street in the other direction. It is only a short drive to the beach where you can enjoy ocean. The neighborhood is quiet. The whole experience was wonderful mostly due to the kindness of Gene, Kim and Tim.
