Terrace & Balconies

Please note that the terrace is currently under repair and is not accessible during your stay.

Only the front balcony is accessible. The rear balcony is currently under renovation and must not be used, except in case of emergency exit.



Building & Noise

This is a typical Montreal triplex, which means sound can travel more easily. You may hear neighbors, activity in the stairwell, or everyday living noise.

Likewise, we ask that you keep noise to a respectful level, especially during evening hours.



Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Any evidence of smoking will result in a penalty fee and deodorization charges.



No Parties

Parties and events are not allowed. This is a residential building, and neighbors live here full-time.



Garbage

Please do not place garbage outside unless it is the scheduled collection day. Failure to follow this rule may result in a penalty.



Pets

Pets are not allowed. Any undeclared animal will result in a $300 penalty per animal.



Guests

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Additional visitors must be approved in advance and may be subject to a daily fee.
