This modern condo is the perfect vacation getaway. With one bedroom with one queen size bed and one bathroom, it's perfect for two. The open-concept living, dining and kitchen area are perfect for relaxing evenings in.

Enjoy beautiful Lake Charlevoix and downtown Boyne City. The condo is located in the SOBO district of Boyne City and the public beach on Lake Charlevoix is easily walkable.

Boyne City was voted one of the best Main Streets in America. It boasts great restaurants, shopping, and a Farmer's Market. It is a short drive to Charlevoix, Petoskey, Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay Waterpark.

Walking distance to everything. Boyne City people are so friendly

The facility was very clean and roomy. Modern kitchen with everything I needed. Washer and dryer was an added plus. Our bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Loved the location

Stayed a week on a girls getaway. Perfect for our needs. Location is great; walking distance to shops and restaurants. Boyne City is a perfect location between Traverse City and Mackinaw Island. Owner was responsive.

Perfect for our trip - I would recommend for both summer or ski vacations.

This spacious condo was perfect for our trip. The location is convenient for walking to restaurants/shopping. There is a very popular eatery right next door and popular for good reason--it was excellent. The master bedroom is quiet and comfortable. We appreciated having a full kitchen, nice appliances, and plenty of seating in the breakfast bar and at the dining table as we had family staying in town too--and gathered at the condo to make breakfast/etc. Although I prefer having some outdoor seating/patio, this wasn't a problem due to it being so close to everything. The beach is just down the street--very short walk. This place worked out well for this trip--I would rent it again or one of the owner's other properties.

Stunning

This is a great unit in a prime location! The space is large enough to spread out, but small enough to be cozy. It is only a block from the lake and right in the downtown. The owner is thoughtful and responsive to questions. I highly recommend and would visit again in the future!

I own a local insurance agency and I reside next door so am able to help with any questions or issues that may arise. In my free time, I love doing anything active and especially love playing tennis and mountain biking.
