Enjoy your Outer Banks beach vacation at Starboard, a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom semi-oceanfront duplex with great views of the water. Only 100 feet to the beach with no roads to cross. The ground level includes a recreation room with a game table.

Located at milepost 8.5 in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, Starboard offers plenty of space and amenities for your next vacation. The top level features vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan, making this space bright and welcoming. Walk out onto the open deck to take in the ocean views and sunrise skies. On the ground level you'll find extra seating, a TV, and a game table where you can work on puzzles or play board games.

This home also has direct access to a community pool (open from 2nd week of May to the 2nd week of October), perfect for relaxing in after a long day at the beach.

Starboard shares a pool and a charcoal grill with Portside 394-A.

This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Ground Level: Rec room with game table, TV, stereo, pool.

Mid Level: Full bath, queen bedroom, queen and twin bedroom, queen and bunk bedroom (TVs in all bedrooms.)

Top Level: Kitchen, living area, dining area, queen en suite with a TV and a private bath.

Convenient to beach. House was clean and Rooms were big enough to sleep 10 easily. Only complaint was the temperature of house was hard to control..upstairs was like an ice box and downstairs was warm.

The house was over all ok. Definitely could be a little cleaner. Kitchen is a lot smaller than it appeared in the listing photos and was also missing some basic things such as pot holders (luckily they did provide hand towels we were able to use). The master shower was also a bit confusing so one of our family members was showering in cold water until we realized its plumbed backwards. Just some odd things to figure out though the house that would be nice to be given a heads up on. Basement AC was broken when we arrived but someone did come out very quickly and fixed it. Found that there’s a big difference in temp between the floors. Top floor was freezing and lower level got hot easily.

The kitchen is shown in the listing photos, but we understand that its size may have been different than you expected.
