Thank you for staying at West Side Cottages CC. I’m sorry the keypad code communication was unclear and that the kitchen supplies and pool cleanliness didn’t meet expectations. I’ve flagged your reservation with our operations and housekeeping teams to review our entry instructions, restocking of cookware and basic seasonings, and pool maintenance for your dates. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos or additional details so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life

Thank you for staying with Liquid Life and for the detailed feedback. I’m very sorry about the cleanliness issues, the check‑in confusion, and the unsecured pool access you experienced. We’ve shared your photos and notes with housekeeping and operations so they can retrain the cleaning team and address the countertops, appliances, rugs, sofa, showers, and the fridge filter light; maintenance will also inspect any needed repairs. Check‑in instructions have been updated and we’ve flagged building access/security concerns with property management to review. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you’ll consider us again so we can deliver a much better stay.
