AWESOME!!!

We were extremely pleased with this condo! It was perfect for our stay, very clean and plenty of room. There were more beds than advertised so we could've easily had more people. We also loved that everyone had their own bathroom! Will request this condo again!

Great place to stay with beautiful views of the Gulf

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was huge! Tons of space. Plenty of room for a large family to relax and enjoy their vacation. Close to everything in town, yet it feels like you are set off in the distance so it is not too crowded.Unit could have been better stocked. (one roll of TP, paper towel, garbage bags, dish soap, etc.)

Perfect place

This was one of my favorite places I have stayed at. Very large and picture are accurate. Beautiful views elevator are new very clean. Will stay at this location again if available in the future. There is plenty of room for family’s. We loved it! Thank you for allowing is to stay in your condo!

Great Stay

Awesome property! Parking was great and easy, nice spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend for larger friend groups or families! We’ll be back!

Christmas at the beach

This unit was everything we could have wanted or needed for a week away. With room for everyone to be together and yet have their own space. The kids were well entertained with all the amenities of the facility and the beach was perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

Great location

Great location and view. The number of beds and bedrooms were more than even expected. The unit was definitely ready for a good end of the year cleaning and a few pieces of furniture need to be replaced, but overall would stay again.

Great beach vacation

The condo is very roomy and beautiful. We had 14 in our group and had plenty room for our family. The extra small rooms were a bonus. We would love to use this condo again.

Perfect Stay

Very pleased with this condo. Was concerned about the elevator situation being that we were on the 15th floor. Absolutely no issues with waiting on an elevator. Clean, nice decor, plenty of room.

Perfection!!

Absolutely GORGEOUS property in the perfect location - can’t access for better than beach access! And the pools, both indoor and outdoor, were lovely. Property manager was super responsive and very accommodating. We had a blast!

Incredible views sunrise and sunsets

Property was very clean. Check in was super easy. Plenty of room/seating for 11 adults. Because of how this building is seat it provides great views from east to west. Location is really good just not in walking distance to any grocery stores. Lazy river was very relaxing after a day playing in the waves and beach.

Great condo for large family

We had 3 different families and 11 total people on our stay. Condo was fantastic and had everything we needed to make our stay great. With 4 bedrooms and 2 additional rooms with a bed, there was plenty of space to spread out. Any issue we had with condo they were quick to respond and fix. Highly recommend this condo!

This property was perfect for our large family of 13. Everyone had a bed and there were 4 1/2 baths. No rain the entire week. Management was very responsive to our questions and needs during our stay. Would recommend this property for your large family.

The nicest condo I have ever rented. Phoenix VI. 1505, great view. 2 balconies.

I found this property online many months ago, rented and everything fell into place. Looked just like the online pictures. Check in and access code simple.

July 4th Vacation

Rooms were nice. It is great having 4 bedrooms each with each its on bathroom. Plus an extra half bathroom! Plenty of room for 4 couples with 3 kids. An added bonus room had a day bed with a trundle. There is an additional office that could easily accommodate a blow up bed for more sleeping space.. Would stay again!
