Nice to have a place that was not completely “naked”!Little things like salt& pepper, some coffee filters, ketchup!! May seem trivial but gives you a sense of home. Great location would love to return, someday..

Thank you so much for the kind review. I try hard to make this place homey because it is my home a couple times a year. It’s nice that this is appreciated. I try to stock everything necessary for a happy, comfortable vacay. And of course the location is the best in Kona.

Clean, comfortable condo in a prime location with huge lanai and ocean views. Walking distance to restaurants and waterfront with wonderful sushi across the street. Each room had separate air conditioning and was so quiet. Would definitely stay here again !

Great Verbo in Kona

Located very close to much shopping, beach and restaurants. Condo had everything we needed including things for beach fun. Very clean and organized, well lit and somewhat quiet. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Kona Vacation

The condo was exactly as promised and great with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for my friend and I. Patti was very helpful with questions. The location was terrific to walk around town and get to Kailua Pier. Clean, great kitchen and huge lanai. We fell in love with Kona and The Big Island and plan to return.

Great stay

Communication with host was excellent. Location is the best, steps away from Main Street but still quiet. Lots of little items from kitchen to beach equip to make stay better. Would definitely stay again and recommended to others. Free parking is a bonus.

Great location, older property that could need some updating like the garage structure and common areas. Pool was not operational due to weather, water leakage in unit after rain downfall. Kitchen items could be reassessed as to what might be needed, i.e. a small air fryer would be helpful so the oven wasn't really needed. Location was close to shops, restaurants and walking distance to beaches, perfect for basing out of for day trips.

There was a 100 year storm in The entire Hawaiian Islands most people had some water issues with this unusual storm The high winds blew a glass table into our pool which was cleaned out promptly. By the time this guest left. They are working in our parking garage but we feel lucky to have parking in downtown Kona. There is plenty of parking and we were glad very little water went in our garage. We are unable to account for catastrophic events but this was a very rare storm.

Kona Vacation

Amazing place in Kona

The location is perfect. Just walk down from the apartment, and it gives you access one of the happening places in Kona. The apartment is wonderful, with everything you need to take care of your family.
