2 Br + 2Ba (para 2-6) Casi todo en este condominio es completamente nuevo. Condo puede dormir 6. Las camas son reinas, una es de almohada y otra es firme y están equipadas con sábanas de lujo. El sofá es un cómodo doble desplegable. Cuenta con dos baños completos para la comodidad de sus invitados. Este condominio cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos. Hay dos cubiertas de barbacoa para asar a la parrilla. Hay máscaras y aletas de snorkel adicionales y otros equipos de playa. El lanai tiene una vista parcial de la bahía de Kailua, la ciudad de Kona y las montañas. Hay una brisa de montaña ... Excelente ubicación cerca del lado del océano del condominio pero lejos del ruido de la discoteca / restaurante. Un minuto a pie hasta el océano donde puede bucear, pescar, surfear o nadar. Puedes caminar a la antigua playa del aeropuerto y una playa de natación Keiki (niños). También está la playa y el área de baño utilizada para el Ironman Triathelon, donde puede nadar, bucear o jugar en las olas. La Ahuena Heiau del rey Kamehameha está cruzando la calle y se ve como cuando los misioneros llegaron por primera vez a esta isla. El muelle de la bahía de Kailua está aquí. Por la mañana puedes ver delfines girando en alta mar, y un poco más tarde puedes ver la descarga de los pescadores de aguas profundas o el crucero. Si desea actividades más civilizadas, los restaurantes y clubes son excepcionales. El antiguo palacio está justo al otro lado de la calle, donde ofrecen artes y música nativas, así como visitas guiadas. Estás al lado de una de las primeras iglesias construidas en las islas hawaianas, una hermosa estructura de piedra con interior de madera de Koa. Después de recorrer, hay una piscina de agua salada refrescante en los terrenos y estacionamiento cubierto y seguro.

La isla grande es la mejor para los vacacionistas activos. Tiene de todo, desde un volcán en vivo hasta un camión activo y multitud de rodeos. Puedes vagabundear, hacer snorkel, bucear o tirolesa y montar a caballo. We had a wonderful time. The condo is located close to everything. We walked to the Safeway and other stores. Swam in the Kailua Bay everyday.

Perfect Kona Vacation

The condo was exactly as promised and great with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for my friend and I. Patti was very helpful with questions. The location was terrific to walk around town and get to Kailua Pier. Clean, great kitchen and huge lanai. We fell in love with Kona and The Big Island and plan to return.

Property was clean and comfortable. Easy to access. Fantastic location, close to downtown Kona, with restaurants and shopping just down the elevator and out the back door. The property was exactly as show in the pictures. Communication was easy with the owner.

Great location, wonderful owner, and lovely place!

Lucky us finding this great hidden gem just a little over a month prior to our departure. The location was wonderful as we were able walking to shops and restaurants nearby (we found 3 ABC stores within a mile). Nighttime was quiet - No drama nor crazy party people. We had a great night's sleep during our stay. Not to mention that each room has its own AC! The owner, Patti, was wonderful and prompt when reaching out for guidance and assistance even though she was in 5-hour different time zone. I love Big Island and will certainly stay in this cozy place again in the future. Thank you, Patti! _

Kona with the Family

The condo was perfect for my family of 4. It was conveniently located in the heart of all of the shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the beach with the black rock and watching the waves while eating a dole whip. Owner was very accommodating and communicated well. I was super appreciative of the initial email with instructions and directions. Parking was easy and plenty. Condo had beach supplies that were super useful. We’d stay at this location again.

Perfect hub for our visit

Directions to this condo were spot on.The location is right on Ali'i Ave. So walking the shops was easy plus it is basically across the street from the ocean. Restaurants are very close and abundant.The condo was very clean and nice for all 4 of us. I would not hesitate to come back and visit this place.it is very close to Walmart and Safeway as well.Overall we had a fantastic stay.

We would like to stay here again!

My wife says not to write too glowing of a review because then it might get too popular, and be booked when we want to come back! The location is quiet and convenient. A market that operates (most days) is just a short walk away. We had food delivered from the nearby grocery store on another day using Insta-Cart. Good restaurants are close the rental unit. Our favourites are 'Pancho and Lefty's' and 'Papa Kona'. It's close to the 'action' of the local shops along the waterfront and historical attractions. If you want to explore the island in a rental car it is a quick getaway north or south. There is easy access to the highways in either direction. Plenty of parking at the building when you decide to come back for a rest. Our favourite part of the unit was the lanai. There is a nice wide 10 foot (or so) opening for that indoor/outdoor living. We spent a lot of time relaxing and eating meals there. The sun doesn't bake the lanai like water facing units do. The only issues we had were unrelated to the unit itself. One of the barbecues refused to light but we went up a floor and used the other. Also, when we departed at 6am for our flight home, the elevator wasn't working and I had to carry all our bags down the stairs. Like I said, these issues were unrelated to the unit and the elevator worked flawlessly every other day of our stay.

Great stay

Communication with host was excellent. Location is the best, steps away from Main Street but still quiet. Lots of little items from kitchen to beach equip to make stay better. Would definitely stay again and recommended to others. Free parking is a bonus.

Great unit in heart of Kona

Excellent location, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and beach. Unit was well appointed and very clean, good selection of beach equipment and kitchen items. Had no issues with check in and host was very quick to respond to the one question we had. Would not hesitate to book this unit again. Mahalo for a great stay.

Perfect Location

My friend and I stayed here last year and we've already booked a reservation for next year. We were able to walk to just about anywhere we needed to go. We really appreciate having our own bedroom and bathroom and air conditioning !

nice property

Location in Kona was very good. AC works well, fully stocked home with much of what you'd need. Clean condo and the owner is very nice. She communicated well and was great to work with. Only down side is not much ocean view and view from patio is of the back of buildings. That was not a big deal for us, and the patio was very spacious. Would stay again.

Great Condo

The condo was everything in the description and more. This was our first time taking the kids to Hawaii and we wanted a central location on Ali'i Dr so they could go walk around by themselves if they wanted. It was a perfect location! The condo was well stocked, beds were comfortable, the AC was phenomenal, the lanai was amazing! Loved the cute kitchen, where we prepared at least one meal per day. We will definitely return to this condo in the future!

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay! The location was exactly what we wanted. Right in the middle of shops and restaurants. The size of the condo was perfect for us. We loved the balcony! Just a few minor things...the couches and chairs are very worn. The bathrooms are very small, which is totally fine. I just wish there were shelves for toiletries and cosmetics. Neither bed was very comfortable. Lastly, the dryer takes hours to dry the smallest of loads. Overall, we were happy and would stay there again.

Simply fabulous!

This condo was the perfect retreat! It had the best location in Kona, parking was on site and free, and it had equipment for snorkeling and the beach!! The owner answered all communications quickly. The beds were very comfortable; kitchen was well equipped; and washer and dryer were in the unit!! Thx for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!

I was very happy with this property. Everything is in walking distance with some shops being on the garage level of the condo. The place was very clean and quiet with three working A/C units including one in each bedroom. Our group loved the large outdoor patio and the included onsite parking.

I live in Colorado and love the Big Island because it has mountains just like home. It also reminds me of my Colorado home because it has opportunities for fun social activities as well as natural unspoiled beauty. I love that Hawaii has both mountains and ocean. I like to be active and there are lots of opportunities for adventure. I can snorkle the beautiful tourquoise ocean or watch a live volcano. No where else could you do both on the same day! My place in Kona has great access, but it is also has all the comforts of my own home. I can refresh, relax and cool off here. Owning this home in Kona on the Big Island is a dream come true.

I chose this property because its location is ideal for families and active vacationers who want to experience everything they can. This place includes everything I want out of a vacation. The ocean and town activities nearby are great and I appreciate having air conditioned comfort when I return home. Having a condo in town means that sometimes part of the group can go one place and part can go somewhere else. This is great if I want to go shopping while my friends are out trying to catch giant fish. We love to explore the island, but it's fun to start your day talking to locals over coffee at one of the nearby restaurants. I also love the story of King Kamehameha living out his final days here in Kona and all the historical sites that are associated with that time period.

Kona Plaza is just steps away from many activities but this condo is also comfortable to come home to after traveling around the island. I love the covered parking, in Kona it is such a convenience!
