Esta es una unidad de esquina adosado frente al mar preciosa. Al ser una unidad de final con ventanas laterales adicionales permite una luz adicional en la unidad, y porque está situado en el extremo del edificio, no se obtiene el tráfico peatonal adicional. Totalmente equipado con Wi-Fi gratuita, reproductor de DVD, servicio de teléfono, una cama de matrimonio y 2 dobles, esta unidad también ofrece un sofá cama, ventiladores de techo en cada habitación, así como sala de estar. Ventana A / C también situado en la sala de estar! No es un detalle común en este complejo! La piscina se está actualizando a partir de agosto el año 2016! zona de barbacoa en el lugar. A poca distancia de la playa de Kahaluu Park, que ofrece un excelente buceo, y para el centro comercial Keauhou. Esta unidad es administrada profesionalmente por una empresa de gestión de la propiedad que ha estado haciendo negocios desde 1979! We stayed for 5 days and place was great. The air conditioner worked wonders, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the views of the ocean was amazing.

Air conditioning worked great, very comfortable temperature for relaxing after being in the heat all day and sleeping at night. Property management company was very responsive. Kitchen was well equipped with multiple small appliances. Grounds of complex were beautifully maintained and very attractive. Laundry shed was a great added bonus.

Won't Beat This View on the Big Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location would be hard to beat. The patio was the next thing to the ocean itself. We had breakfast out there every morning. Absolutely beautiful sunsets and the sound of the waves were wonderful. And it was only a couple minutes from a major supermarket and several very good restaurants as well as quick access to the major N/S and E/W highways on the island.While the property may appear a bit dated, it was well furnished and included all kitchen items and anything else we wished would be there during our stay.Never had one thought of regret in booking this property. It was a great choice.

The location is good, and it was easy to check in. We didn't have any problem with the AC upstairs, so it was comfortable despite the hot weather. But the interior is quite dated and felt a bit grimy. The sinks and other parts of the house had hard water stains and rust in places. The kitchen was somewhat run down, as well. None of these were big problems, but I'd probably look for a different place if we come back to the area.

Kitchen and bathrooms were clean as were the linens but the condo needs a deep cleaning, i.e., top of fridge, under beds and inside drawers and cupboards. Some dishes are chipped and many kitchen cabinet doors don't close properly. Host was excellent. The location, the grounds and buildings, and the pool were all excellent. Blake Kessner was always quick to respond to our questions. Check-in was easy. We would choose this property in the future and recommend it to friends.

Lovely vacation spot

The location of the unit is wonderful. The management folks were responsive and a pleasure to work with. The unit is dated and in need of some attention, but it was comfortable and well stocked. It has AC, but we never needed it.

Amazing Location

Truly a wonderful stay in Hawaii. This place is all about the location! Beautiful sunsets every day. The grounds are gorgeous. The condo was very clean. Could use some updating and the twin beds are fine for kids, but not great for adults due to old box springs. The price was great for this amazing location.

Storm Doors

Arriving, we found the 'Storm Doors' up and a 2" cockroach in the kitchen, which I killed. This condo has large, storm doors that are erected anytime there is high surf.These doors completely block your view of the ocean in the living room and kitchen. These doors were up the entire next day. They were taken down the day after that. The following week they were up again for a day due to high surf warning (the ocean was calm).On Day 2 there was a fly hatch-out, with 10-12 house flies buzzing about. After swatting them all that day, the same thing occurred on Day 3, with a similar fly swatting session ensuing. (Condo does not come with a fly swatter)We had a water leak under the kitchen sink which wasn't fixed until two days later due to a complex-wide water shutdown the day the leak was discovered. About halfway thru the trip, a smoke detector in the master bedroom began to 'chirp' in the middle of the night due to a low battery. The patio set, which is old, with legs of the chairs rusting away is completely missing a fourth chair. The upstairs shower doors are so old they barely function and make you wonder if they will fall out when moved.The window in the bathroom does not stay open and will slam shut intermittently.The headboards to the twin beds upstairs are connected to nothing and fall over when the beds are moved. The condo is 920 sq feet. Divided by two floors, this place is small!Beds are very uncomfortable.Mngmt responded to texts quickly.

Great Oceanside Property

This property has everything you'll need for a great Hawaii vacation stay. Everything was as advertised. The unit could use some updating, but overall, we loved the unit. Grocery shopping just a short five-minute drive away and an awesome farmers market near the grocery store on Saturday mornings. The complex grounds were beautiful, and we would book this unit for any future stays in Kona.

9 week stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here Jan 10 - Mar 13. This property is all about the view. The condo itself is dated, but that is why its an affordable ocean front condo. Management was very helpful and had repairs done quickly. Its a small condo, two guest are comfortable, and four would be the max. Some newer more comfy furniture would help a lot. Due to high surf warnings, we boarded up 15 days on and off the first 4 weeks. Air conditioning, new floors and fresh paint were appreciated. Could use new pots and pans. Needs a loveseat or chair and ottoman to go with the one couch to provide more seating area. Great private beach 5 minute walk next door. Shopping center about 1/4 mile away has everything you need. Only 5 miles to downtown Kona. Overall enjoyed are stay, mainly because of the closeness and great view of the ocean.

Nice location, enjoyed our stay

We generally enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had very attractive grounds with nice maintenance of everything. The unit itself had plenty of dishes and silverware, which was different from some of the other units in the complex. We found the staff responsive to our requests, and the oceanfront location was really nice. The inside was a bit dated, but we didn’t really mind. It was good for the price. Having AC is extremely helpful and it worked really well. It was very nice to have beach towels provided and have a washing machine at the unit. We enjoyed the complex and played drop-in pickleball with other visitors from 8 to 9:30 AM every morning. We also used the tennis courts in the pool extensively. You could walk to a private beach which was really nice. The only downside that we found was there wasn’t enough toilet paper provided. I would think at the price point they would provide more toilet paper and not be stingy on this resource. You might want to bring some of your own if you book here. Also, we were absolutely stunned that the company that handles the booking of this unit was not able to provide a map of the compound before our stay. I got the sense that they manage thousands of units in dozens of states and they don’t even know what state you’re in. If they had any true connection to this unit, they would easily be able to provide a map of the compound (showing where this unit is located) which is located in the binder in the unit itself.

Great place for our family right on ocean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When looking for this place what sold us was the twin beds for our twins in second bedroom as most have a queen. It was right on ocean amazing sunsets and our daughter used the hideabed. The complex has a great pool and is a 10 minute walk to a great snorkeling beach and we did surfing lessons on the same beach. White sandy beautiful beaches are 30 min to an hour drive away. It's like 7 minutes to town and 15 minutes to Costco. There is also a grocery store a minute away. The condo was well equipped in kitchen and had cooler, Boogie boards chairs and snorkeling equipment for beach which was an awesome bonus. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay again
