Oceanfront 2 BR / 2BA en Hermosa Sea Village.

Impresionantes vistas frente al mar desde la terraza, los sonidos de las olas en las rocas, y el espíritu de Aloha le da la bienvenida a nuestra casa en Hawai.

Sea Village es un hermoso complejo frente al mar con jardines bien mantenidos, piscina, jacuzzi, barbacoas de gas, estacionamiento y acceso a esnórquel y buceo. Si bien nuestro condominio y lanai siempre han sido "no fumadores", toda la propiedad de Sea Village es un complejo para no fumadores a partir de septiembre de 2018.

El condominio incluye una cocina completa, lavadora y secadora, TV, VCR, reproductor de DVD y estéreo / CD. Abra su puerta de lanai y disfrute de la brisa del océano. La ciudad de Kailua (tiendas, restaurantes) está a pocos pasos, al igual que las playas y el Ali'i Garden Marketplace.

Cumplimos con todas las normas impositivas de Hawái y alquiler transitorio de alojamientos. La identificación de registro de Hawaii # W53666141-01 se ha actualizado a GE-053-524-4800 y TA-053-524-4800 a partir de diciembre de 2016. It was a wonderful and relaxing stay! The condo was clean, air conditioned, and it is in a very central location. The covered deck had a beautiful view of the ocean where we could watch surfers, see dolphins and watch the waves. The owners were very accommodating and was quick to answer emails. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We loved this condo! The lanai was perfect and so relaxing, we even got to watch the 4th of July fireworks from there! Everything we needed in the kitchen including a blender! Bathrooms were clean and towels were so soft! Beds were so comfortable and welcoming after long travel. Full beach gear including boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and snorkel gear! Books and puzzles as well as DVDs and guide books to use. Jon was very easy to communicate with and we loved our stay. The property was quiet and the pool was perfect! We're hoping next time we can come to big island we can stay here again!

50th anniversary

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The location was perfect, allowing access to everything we wanted to do and see. I liked being back at the condo each evening to view the sunset from the lanai prior to going out to dinner at one of the many local restaurants. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. I've used VRBO a lot and one of the most important things to me when renting a condo is feeling at home when entering the unit. That's how we felt when entering this one. It wasn't overly decorated with a lot of personal items and tacky knickknacks on the shelves and walls. All in all, it was a great place to spend our 50th anniversary vacation. I would definitely stay in this condo again. (I already miss the malsadas from Paradise Bakery.)

Very nice location. Good view of the ocean. We saw whales and dolphins from our balcony. Close, but not too close, to restaurants and shops.

Gorgeous view @Sea Village

We really enjoyed the gorgeous views and peaceful place! It was just as the pictures showed! Well stocked kitchen! Beach chairs and snorkeling gear. The pool was beautiful with great views of the ocean. There were grills and picnic tables to use in the courtyard. They were cleaned by staff every morning!

Great location and place!

Loved all the food recommendations in the binder, they were spot on, location was great and enjoyed walking into town. Place was super clean, we loved spending time on the lani and enjoyed the beach and snorkel gear. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect family friendly accommodation

This unit was exactly what our family of 4 was looking for! The unit was stocked with everything we needed for our day trips to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc.) and came equipped with a Graco Pack 'N Play, which was great for our little one. The pool and grill area at Sea Village was very convenient and always clean. Jon was incredibly responsive to questions leading up to and during the trip. If we return to the Big Island, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook here.

Great condo in a relaxed building

My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The condo complex was quiet and never felt too crowded. The common areas, grills, and pool were all kept clean and tidy. We were outside of the "busy" area close to central Kona, but not far at all. We saw lots of people walking into town while there or using rental bikes from the station just down the block. Our unit itself was well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed eating meals and just hanging out on the lanai, which was mostly shaded from the sun thanks to the northern direction, and the unit was stocked with a cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach accessories that made going out for the day easy. I only had to contact the owner once when I was having difficultly with the lock box upon arrival. I figured out the issue but he immediately called me back, so I can only imagine if I needed anything else he would have been available quickly to assist. Overall our stay was great and we'd certainly stay there again.

Perfect Location, Great Views

We enjoyed our stay and the location can't be beat! It was a warm week so we were so thankful for the ACs in the living room and bedrooms. Kitchen had all the things we needed. Balcony had a lovely view.

Short but sweet stay in Kona, HI

My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights at this property. It was clean, comfortable and the view out the balcony (er, lanai) of the cove was exceptional. Some fine details - the hosts provide just everything you might need - beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. Definitely one of my better VRBO stays.

Sea Village

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Village. Our favorite part was watching the dolphins on our lanai. The location of the lanai affords privacy with a fabulous view. The grills are located near the pool with tables and garden lights. It has a festive and friendly vibe. And finally, unlike many VRBOs, the mattresses were in great shape and the sheets soft. We slept in comfort during our stay.

Location, location, location.

We had a fabulous vacation here. This was our third time in this exact condo unit and it doesn’t disappoint. Close enough to walk to Kailua and not have to pay the steep parking costs, and far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle and noise of city nightlife. We loved watching the pilot whales and dolphins from the lanai. ❤️

Happy Anniversary

We have stayed at Sea Village for many years and this time we came to celebrate our 57th wedding anniversary. The unit did not disappoint and the overall experience was exceptional. Everything was as advertised and the host came and checked on us the first day to make sure we had everything we needed, I would definitely recommend this unit

We are a family of 4 who love Kailua Kona. We fell in love with the property on our first visit, and have recently made it our second home. We also own a 1 BR unit in another complex a couple of doors down Alii, but we are so excited to offer a this 2 BR in Sea Village for our friends and guests.
