Important Information
• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests
• No parties or large gatherings
• No smoking of any kind, including marijuana
• Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM
• This is a second-floor condo and stairs are required
• Pool access is not included

Security
• A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door for safety
• There are no other cameras inside or outside the condo
• The front door automatically locks when closed, but please double-check before leaving

Parking
• Free parking is available directly in front of the condo

Family-Friendly Extras
• Portable crib, highchair, pack-n-play, and booster seat may be available upon request
• Please request these items at booking or at least 3 days before arrival
• Subject to availability

Entertainment
• Smart TVs are located throughout the condo
• Cable service and streaming apps are available
• Guests must log in to their own streaming accounts
• Books, children's books, and board games are available for guest use
• Please return all game pieces when finished

Laundry
• Washer and dryer are available for guest use
• Please remove sand from clothing and towels before washing

Safety
• Fire extinguisher located in the kitchen
• First aid kit, flashlight, scissors, and hand sanitizer provided

Trash
• Garbage bags are provided
• Please place bagged trash in the dumpsters located downstairs and to the left of the building behind the wall

Beach Items
• Beach gear is located in the hall closet
• Please wipe off sand and shake out towels before returning items

Checkout
1. Wash dishes or load them into the dishwasher and run it before departure.
2. Place all used towels in a pile. No need to wash them.
3. Remove all open food from the refrigerator.
4. Unopened food items may be left behind for future guests.
5. Remove all trash from the condo.
6. Wipe sand from beach gear and shake out beach towels before returning them.
7. Double-check that the door is closed and locked before departing.
8. Guests who remain in the property past the 10:00am checkout time without preapproval for late checkout will incur a fine of $50 per every 30 minutes
