The room was clean and the location was great! Went to a game and it was a short walk. Bar downstairs was a good time! Enjoyed our stay.

This property was well priced but we paid for it. Location was convenient, but there was street noise all night long. Mattress needs to be replaced and a more accurate description for check out would be that the drop box is on the second level, not first.

This property is adorable! The exposed brick wall in the room is incredible. There is a kitchen with a microwave, stove and refrigerator. There was also a coffee maker which was much appreciated. The building is conveniently located. Just a short walk from many sites and excellent food and coffee. The host is very kind and accommodating. My husband and I highly recommend.

Understanding you are entering a 1890’s building where nothing is perfect however it is ideally as close to original to experience SEATTLE LIFE in the late 1890’s ; with essential modern updates of a full bath, washer and dryer, kitchenette and a queen size bed. Comfortable and cozy on a downtown street walkable to everything including the waterfront and with a Pioneer Park Square view. Great VRBO.

Unfortunately, the property did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, both the building and apartment had a noticeable unpleasant smell, and the building, carpeted stairs, and apartment appeared old and poorly maintained. The mattress also seemed very old and sank when we sat on it.We decided to cancel the reservation immediately after seeing the property and had and additional spend to book a hotel last minute.This is the first time I had an issue with a Vrbo property

Loved the room and where it was located in the city. Comfortable space and very clean.Was a little tight for getting ready to go out, would be very convenient to have a mirror on the wall. A little pricey but overall, the stay was nice.

Very cute room and the folks down at Merchants bar were super helpful and friendly. The street right outside was a little loud which made sleeping a challenge, but it's not a very busy street.

Easy check in/out! Perfect location to walk to stadiums or Pike Street Market. Darcy's places are always a great stay. The discount at Merchant's is an added bonus. Our favorite place to stay when we visit Seattle!

The apartment is a mix of some newer work and the vibe of a really old building, which is cool. The building goes back to around 1900 and they left a few things to show this. The neighborhood from the Apartment to Downtown is nice and upcoming some areas around the building were a little sketchy. I did not have a car, so parking wasn't on my mind. Location is about midway to the stadiums and the Waterfront and reachable in about 10 minutes by foot. There is a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. There are a lot of stairs to get from the street to the unit. it's close to the light rail and buses. I would recommend this unit unless you have difficulty with stairs.

Really cool historic building in a lively area. Two blocks to the sound and tons of food and bars nearby. The unit is above a bar so it can be a bit noisy but I had no issues sleeping through the night. Price, location and character can’t be beat!
