The property was the perfect home base for a few days enjoying Redwood National park and the Pacific coast. Easy check-in, great communication. The house is older but everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked to allow us to cook a few simple meals during our stay. We loved being walking distance to several restaurants and beach access just across the street. It was still a bit warm during our stay in September so it was nice to have AC downstairs. There is no AC unit in the upstairs bedroom but the fan provided plenty of cool air. We really enjoyed our stay...thank you!

My family was looking for a home base to stay in for a trip to Redwood NP. Excellent place to stay! Walking distance to restaurants. Grocery store close by. Home was clean and neat. Nice kitchen, good gathering space for a group. Lovely ocean views. We were right across the street from the beach. Neighborhood quiet. Wonderful stay.

It’s was a nice stay. The house was very clean and met our needs as a home base for our exploration of the Redwoods. The TV’s in the bedrooms don’t work. But that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We’d stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay in Crescent City! The house was the perfect base camp for our daily outings to the Redwoods. Being directly across from the beach made for some truly memorable evenings—watching the sun set while the kids explored the tide pools was a highlight of our trip.The house itself isn’t brand new, but it was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The host was friendly and very accommodating, which made our stay even better.We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This is the first time in the many, many times that I have rented a VRBO, it had not been cleaned. The beds had not been made, bathrooms and kitchen not cleaned, carpets not vacuumed. I called the manager and she was able to get the cleaning service to come do it. We, however, had to go find a place to hang out while it was cleaned. We were not able to get in until 7:30, not something a person wants to do after traveling all day! It should be management's responsibility to ensure that places are cleaned, rather than just assuming. The manager was very apologetic and stated she would "comp" our first night stay; instead, we received a check for 100. To review the home overall:Pros: It was very clean after the initial debacle. The location is right across the street from the beach and close to shopping. It is roomy and the kitchen is well-equipped with large and small appliances. The view is decent but not unobstructed. The living room furniture is clean and comfortable. Not major detractors but could be improved:The master bedroom could use a king bed and room-darkening curtains; the streetlights shine in at night. The two frying pans need to be replaced. We could not locate the thermostat to turn up the heat when it was chilly. Also, no idea where the trash cans are.

Great home base for exploring

This home was a great home base for exploring Redwood National Park and seeing the Pacific Ocean. After a long day of hiking we enjoyed coming back to this house and watching the Pacific Ocean just across the street.

Great location! Great Property!

Wonderful location right across from the beach access. Views of the ocean from living room and primary bedroom. Easy access to national park trails as that was our primary objective - hiking. Home is spacious and clean!Would stay again if I am ever in the area!

Crescent city retreat

House was bigger than it looks in pictures. Very nice accommodations in good condition. Convenient location right across from beach access, a few blocks from main town but far out enough to be very quiet.

Pebble Beach home

This home has everything you are needing besides shampoo. Our stay was wonderful, the view of the ocean from so many rooms was a delight! We enjoyed the beach across the street for rock hounding and the sandy beach right down the road was flat, sandy and perfect for strolls . We would recommend staying here!

Beach and Redwoods

Steps from the beach and close to the redwoods. Loved our stay. Very comfortable and clean. Second level deck was great place to watch the ocean and waves. We walked the beach every morning and hiked the trails in Jedediah and Redwood parks.

Location, Location, Location

This property has amazing location, you can see Pacific Ocean with beautiful colors at sunrise and sunset from bedroom window. You can also enjoy ocean views from balcony. Many eateries nearby. This place is also very specious.Property had weird smell when we arrived, my wife suspected it’s due to chemicals used for cleaning.
