It has been a true blessing to own such a property. They say your not supposed to fall in love with a home when looking, but I did, with all of its hidden nooks, crannies, and vintage charm.
It truly has all the character and craftsmanship of a vintage home, yet felt surprisingly up to date, thus the name, The Modern Vintage. After making even more upgrades and modernizing the décor and amenities, it is truly my pleasure to share this home with you.

Located just 5 miles from Jedediah Smith State Park, hiking trails, and lush redwood groves that are the most scenic in existence. Getaway and stay at The Modern Vintage.
