Attached to the apartment is a small private deck. A large concrete patio sits between the main house and the apartment on which sits the hot tub that you are more than welcome to use anytime. The patio area near the hot tub is equiped with a propane space heater for winter enjoyment. The wooded back yard has a fire pit and sitting area that is always set up with wood for a small recreational bon fire.
