Enjoying this charming waterfront home!

Our wonderful Canyon Lake escape – Water’s Edge From the moment we arrived at Canyon Lake, we were impressed by the natural beauty of the area. We were delighted by the generous parking, friendly neighbors and the supreme view of the lake. The house sits on an elongated lot that is deep and deliciously lakefront. Water’s Edge provides an ample ground-level covered space for easy entertaining, dining alfresco and of course barbequing! As we climbed the staircase to the wrap-around deck, our eyes were immediately drawn to the stunning, panoramic views of Canyon Lake. The house is a charming escape that offers a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a comfortable leather sofa, an easy chair and wonderful natural light. The kitchen is spacious, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with water & ice dispenser, a nice stovetop and oven as well as a double sink. Water’s Edge offers three comfortable bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. Ample linens are available with plenty of plump pillows and comfortable mattresses. Two of the bedrooms offer easy access to the wrap-around deck. We were delighted by the quality of the local restaurants and quick access to grocery, convenience stores and gas stations. There’s even a great hardware store that sells fishing rods and ice coolers. Water’s Edge owner Patty was really fantastic. She was super-friendly and generous with restaurant suggestions. Pack your bags and prepare for a joyous escape to a truly memorable property deep in the pristine Texas Hill Country!

Relaxing Peaceful Experience

  • 5 of 5

As we were looking for a place to stay, we were pleasantly surprised and found it to be the most cozy and peaceful place we have ever stayed! Before we arrived, we got plenty of communication from the owners, Patty and Craig...We had a lot of questions for them. They replied promptly and answered all of our questions. Once we got there, it was more beautiful than the pictures showed. Everything was clean and meticulously prepared for our stay. It immediately felt like home. The view is amazing... we saw deer, watched the beautifully colored sunset every evening, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Amazing!

Great house on the water

  • 5 of 5

My family and I vacationed in Canyon Lake and we stayed at the Water's edge. As it's name denotes, it's actually on the water's edge. The house is comfortable. It's a medium sized house on stilts with a large stone patio underneath it that is filled with chairs and tables. We very much enjoyed "hanging out" on the patio. Nice house, great location, and wonderful hosts that honored our privacy. FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY!!!

Beautiful!

  • 5 of 5

The experience at Water's Edge on Canyon Lake was beautiful. We've had such a great time. The home is very cozy and the yard is so lovely. We went to a fun dinosaur museum and had an amazing dinner in the town just up the street at a delicious Italian restaurant that Craig and Patty recommended called Gennaro's Tratorria. Patty is such a sweet heart. I would recommend this place to anyone.
