Situado en el centro vivienda unifamiliar a poca distancia de la playa. Hermosa piscina con calentador de agua (para las fechas de invierno) y una zona de terraza con barbacoa incluida, para una tarde de verano perfecto. canal de acceso del Golfo en la parte posterior con amplio muelle. Descansar a gusto en la enorme cama de tamaño king en el dormitorio principal con acceso directo a la piscina y baño privado. Tanto los baños han sido recientemente renovadas y nuevo mobiliario para la sala de estar. Llegar a disfrutar de actividades al aire libre con las bicicletas y canoas, incluidos con el alquiler.

Vacation in Paradise!

This was our 3rd year staying at this wonderful property. It is absolutely perfect in every way. The house is so clean and the kitchen has everything you could ask for. All appliances work great and the pool and spa are fantastic. In walking distance to fabulous restaurants and the beach.

This house was perfect for my family of 4. I fished in the canal all day while my wife and kids were in the pool. So many great amenities and great location. Service from the property manager was consistently prompt. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay.

Such a nice place with a very conscientious host. The house was everything we could ask for in our stay on Marco Island. The house was very well kept with all we needed for staying at the house or going to the beach. Our host Sebastian was also wonderful as he helped us with anything we needed. The is also just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Can’t wait to return.

Marco island is Great

I really enjoyed my stay in this friendly beach community. Even though there is not an officially downtown there are many restaurants and stores to visit. Walking the island is quite easy and a great way to get exercise .

Tropical paradise!

This was our second year staying at the property. We found it to be just as perfect as we remembered. The layout of the house is awesome and the location is so convenient. The house is super clean and tidy with great appliances. Just a short walk to the beach and fabulous restaurants. We can't wait to go back next year!

A true vacation getaway!

Had a wonderful month in the home on Marco Island. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool every day as well as the outdoor kitchen grill. The bathrooms were beautiful and the washer and dryer worked very well. The owner was very attentive to any problems or questions we had. We enjoyed every minute.

Start to summer

Beautiful house, looks just like the pictures. Very clean & a great location. Only a few bloks away from the beach & restaurants. We loved our morning walks & evening bike rides off the bike path right in front of the house. We enjoyed the ping pong table too! Nice quiet neighboorhood as well. We cant wait to go back.

Fabulous

Our 3 week plus stay was wonderful. Your house is light and modern. We used the pool and hot tub daily, walked to the beach for sunsets. Everything was clean and your house is well stocked. Last but not least the view of the pol and camel was beautiful and relaxing. We hope to be able to stay here again!

Paradise Found

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sebastian's home. It was equipped with everything could possibly need for your vacation. The house was immaculate and accurately described on VRBO. The location was great, walk to beach, shops and restaurants. It was refreshing to come home from the beach, take a dip in the pool and grill out. I would love to reserve for next year, but found my dates are already reserved.

Our Winter Get Away

We had a lot of info on the property prior to our departure, (thanks to Vrbo) which looked beautiful, but being new to Vrbo, until we arrived we were still not 100% sure what you see is what you get. "Wrong," the property was exactly as advertised. Property and residence were immaculate, great, safe neighborhood, walking to the beautiful beach and warm ocean was great, grocery stores and restaurants conveniently located. We were 100% satisfied and would certainly recommend this property rental.

Beautiful and relaxing getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Marco Island. The beautiful home was so comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub were a treat! The location was perfect just a 15 minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach access. The home also included beach chairs and an umbrella, much needed for long lazy days on the beach. Easy location to access major roads that took us exploring in Goodland and Everglades City. Sebastian was a responsive owner and quickly answered any questions we had about the home. Our favorite restaurants include Lee Be’s in Ole Marcos which boasts quaint art galleries, live music and bars and Triad’s in Everglades City. Definitely worth the drive. Also check out Doreen’s for breakfast.

Beautiful home with pool and dock

My family stayed at this home on Marco Island for 3 weeks and it was a beautiful renovated home with pool and dock. Beds very comfortable, plenty of room, nice TVs and stereo, appliances worked well, garage with 2 openers, close to beach. The only thing I did not like was it was difficult backing out of the driveway due to busy street. Otherwise was a perfect setting for our family get together. The weather was perfect. I would definitely stay here again if it is available next time I visit!

Home away from Home in Paradise

For my husband and I, this property was relaxing, exceptionally clean, and a wonderful quiet respite from our daily activities. However, it was clear that this home was geared for family fun too, with bikes, a lovely pool and spa, and easy walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and the beach! We highly recommend this property as a place to stay in Marco Island!

Unforgettable Stay in Marco

My family stayed in this property for five weeks and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The house is in a great location and was very well maintained. The owner was great at communicating when we first arrived and had some questions. We really didn’t want to leave. It was an unforgettable experience.

How to enjoy Florida in April

Love the house and set up. Yet, we could not get the hot tub to work, or ESPN to work plus TNT from announcing sports in Spanish (through out the house with it’s many TV sets). The master toilet squeals after flushing while filling, especially bad at night when the house is quite. An owl down the block kept attacking our little dog and us as we walked no matter what direction we went BUT in spite of these things, we thought this was a great, well done house and would rent it again but it seems to always be rented!

Excellent Experience

Great and comfortable home with a well stocked kitchen. My family and I enjoyed our time at the home as well as the short walk to the beach. Host was quick to answer any question during our stay. Highly recommended!

Amazing House!

We had the best trip at this house. We have been coming to Marco Island for years and found this house to be the most convenient for our family. We could walk to and from the beach - and spend the late afternoons at the pool! We hope to stay at this house again soon!

Best part of 2020!

This home far exceeded our expectations! The house was fully renovated, very spacious and contained everything we could possibly need during our stay (dozens of towels, cutlery, office supplies, grilling equipment... even a pressure cooker!) We spent most of our time in the outdoor hot tub looking at the crystal clear water. We would/ and will be back! Owner/ manager was great and answered questions quickly.
