Suite 10 has a living area with a sleeper sofa, TV, and a dining bar that seats four. There is a well-stocked kitchenette with a compact refrigerator/freezer to store your leftovers from one of Sedona`s fine restaurants! There is also a bedroom with a king size bed and TV. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring a skylight! Suite 10 or our `Honeymoon suite` has a claw foot soaking tub and electric fireplace!

This cabin also has a patio equipped with an outdoor table and chairs.
We also have a common area with a beautiful waterfall, turf, tall flowing trees and beautiful foliage. Just steps out our front door we offer private creek access for our guests! We are also just a 1/2 mile from Slide Rock State Park and only 5.5 miles from Sedona city limits. Take a drive through beautiful, inspiring Oak Creek Canyon. Head to nearby Flagstaff to enjoy some snow skiing or continue to the Grand Canyon or Antelope Canyon.
Our absolutely gorgeous 2.5-acre property consists of 10 suites that sit right up on the red rocks of Oak Creek Canyon, Sedona, Az with views in every direction! Our suites have a rich history since 1952 with a rustic/modern feel.

I loved staying with friends at this cozy cabin, it was peaceful and tucked away although very conveniently located off of a main road that can get to you most anywhere in Sedona. The place itself was clean and had everything we needed with the kitchen and bathroom. The management group was very responsive to any questions or requests.

Quiet Getaway

This little space had everything we needed to spend a few days in the Sedona area. We loved the little outdoor lawn area for relaxing evenings and the bed was very comfy.

Fourth of July Vacation

The location of the cabin was convenient. It needed ADA accessibility to the cabins. My husband has bad knees, and you had to walk up stairs to get to the room. A ramp should be provided.

Perfect getaway!

Beautiful and quiet setting in the Canyon above Sedona. Premesis is well maintained and immaculate! The backdrop is breathtaking and the courtyard is inviting! Only downside was not knowing that a stair climb is required for each unit and it is difficult for a disabled person to access the condo.

We enjoyed the peaceful cabin

The stay was wonderful, a bit outside of Sedona made it a peaceful location. The cabin is in a beautiful location. Up a flight of stairs at that altitude made it hard for this old lady on check in and check out with luggage. The beautiful fireplace had an electric insert, it worked but I thought it was a working fireplace. Still beautiful and 5 star 🌟

Splendid

Splendid property. Location is amazing. The inside of the unit was great. They maximized the space. The fireplace is not wood or gas but electric. We were a little disappointed by this but we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Not bad, just a few cons

Been here in December. Very clean and as advertised. If you are a type of person that likes to walk around barefoot - know that the floors are super cold. Heating - takes a while to warm up the place, the air gets dry overnight. Vent in the bathroom would be beneficial. In the ad it says about water running down the rocks behind the cabins...if it rains, yes. Make sure you bring batteries for the artificial candles by the tub. Other than that - nice stay.

When you visit in December or a water feature is turned off and winterized so the water feature is seasonal turn off November through February. We have extra batteries and if our notified would change those out for you for candles. Heating units Heat up very quickly as there is one on the living room side as well as one on the bedroom side. Our floors are wood look tile so can be a little colder in the winter but we have very few months that are cold December being one of them so again that would be seasonal.

Sleepless in Sedona

Wife and i booked two nights in cabin. Location was nice, but felt the listing was a little misreading as we arrived to find cabin was actually a row of connected motel rooms. We can look past that. Inside no stove just a hotplate. Floor was dirty and needed mopping. Still ready to have a good time and make the most of it. Mildly disappointed to see no lighting near bathtub making sure no evening baths occured and fireplace next to it appeared non operational. I think we would have stayed a second night if only the bed wasn't so uncomfortable. I let the management know we were checking out early and was not asked any questions just informed that I wouldn't recieve a partial refund.

Sewer Stench

There is NO way owners are not aware of the sewage stench abiding in their cabin(s). We walked into what we thought was a stuffy cabin, which we thought we had fixed with body spray and airing out the cabin. At $350 per night, and after making owners aware of our concern, I’m concerned that the stench is an unsafe hazard. We suspect something is wrong with the septic system. We did not expect the stench to come on strong while we were trying to sleep when it was too late to move cabins or leave. Moreover, to our horror, we discovered we had additional work in attempting to get the stink out of our travel bags, clothing, pillows. The property owner should have offered to comp us this night- but apparently they think that sleeping in a health hazard is normal.

39 Year Wedding Anniversary Weekend

1. I informed the host that it was our 39 year wedding anniversary. A welcome gift or note expressing appreciation for selecting their cabin would have been nice. 2. The corner metal frame of the bed is dangerous, the metal is exposed and should be covered. Stubbed my shin several times until i covered it up with a towel. 2. The battery operated candles by the fireplace, did not have any battery power, they were all dead. Not very romantic. 3. The fireplace had an electric insert, with no heat, and no instructions on how to operate it. 4. The heater did not have instructions on how to operate. One remote controlled both units. The first night the master room was cold, because we could not figure out how to work the heater (no instructions), and with no fireplace heat, and no extra blankets, not very happy. 5. Was charged a $75.00 cleaning fee, and we had to take out our own trash, not very professional.

Cute and quaint but not ideal

We chose these cute little cabins for their location and the wondeful looking interior but cabin 10 fell short on all expectations. Pros: Decor and layout of the cabin were great. Location is secluded but still an easy drive to everything you need/want. Matress was comfortable. Cons: Heating. When we arrived it was below 60 and the heat was not on so it was the first thing we turned on in the unit (besides lights of course). 2 hours had passed and the temp had not changed, 4 hours no change, 12 hours still no change. We froze and had to sleep in our jackets as the comforters provided were very very thin. We did everything we could on our end to attempt to resolve the heating issue. We are intelligent handy people so this was not a user error. We resorted to the manual which didn't help and even searched the internet for help. We ended up having to turn the "jet" mode on every 30 minutes to get the temp up but literally had to turn said mode on every 30 minutes. Not only was this a nuisance but seeing how it was 50 and raining, not having adequate heat ruined the entire stay. Owner was notified but asked the typical questions of is it turned on the right setting and made comments as if we were doing something wrong. Bedding had an odd scent to it which was also very upsetting as it did not smell clean. Although the cabins sit up behind the road you can hear the traffic all night long. I can only imagine how loud things get during the summer and when the cabins beside one another are also booked it's sure to be loud. The bathtub is great but unless you plan to use it during the brightest part of the day, it is difficult. There is a fogged window but the light is not very bright and because it is tucked into the corner no other light hits it and there is no ceiling light. Shower also does not have a liner so water gets all over the place. A ceiling light above the bath and a liner in the shower would be useful. Overall our stay was a huge disappointment and because of the issues had and the tone of communication from the owner we will not book again or recommend.

Impossible to please everyone, Obviously not a good fit for these guests. Please see all the other five star reviews on the same cabin. We had guests back to back right in front of the guests and right behind these guests that had no complaints regarding the heat so obviously it was operator failure I also did send my HVAC guy down immediately when the guest called and he found no issue with the heating unit. There is a shower curtain that is also the liner so again operator failure as if you make sure the liner is closed inside the shower pan the shower will not leak. Our cabins are a wonderful secluded getaway tucked in Oak Creek Canyon with spectacular views clean and nicely remodeled and we do everything we can as owners to make sure everyone’s stay is as enjoyable as possible!!

beautiful location but disappointing weekend

The surrounding area is really beautiful and you can tell there has been a lot of work put into these units, but they have a lot of challenges. The first is be sure to note, there is no internet, cell phone coverage or phones in the room. Nor is there any management on the property. That means if there are any issues or emergencies you have to drive down the road a couple miles. Or deal with it. Unfortunately we had multiple issues - the main one being the heating didn't work properly the first day/night. No matter what we set it to it didn't get over 62 degrees which is a little cold, especially when the hot water wasn't working very well. Yes being the cabin on the end means you have to wait for the water to heat up for a while but even after 5-10 min it wasn't hot enough to not get chilled. The water was resolved for our second night, but then the heat issue was reversed. Then we couldn't have the head less than 74 degrees and we cooked. The staff was very nice and courteous but the problem being we couldn't reach anyone while at the property ended in us just having to deal with it for another day. Also a little weird that we we're told a cleaning person comes from 10-3 every day but they don't clean the rooms or take out the trash. No biggy. Another small but valid disappointment was there is no soap or shampoo for the showers - you have to bring your own. The only soap is some blackberry liquid hand soap. I don't always expect shampoo and conditioner (although every place I have been has had them here and on Air B&B too) but not even a bar of soap was a bummer. Small but heads up - bring your own. In the end the place just off for the price we paid. Its furnished super modern and has satellite tv with a hundred channels or something, but no phone (landline or cell coverage) or inet/wifi. All the units are connected similar to a motel, but I suppose since they have a rustic wood exterior look it makes them cabins. Be sure to note that the couple units with fireplaces, although look extremely cozy, are electric and make an annoying fake crackling sound on a 1 second loop. Last but not least I have a sneaking suspicion all the room pass-codes are nearly the same, so if you know one you could get into any room - we were the only ones there for most of the nights so it wasn't a major concern but creepy none the less.

We are glad you enjoyed it,it is beautiful! It is very important to Fully Read through our Listing as well as our Check in Instructions and the Operating Instructions, to avoid having issues after arrival. These units were recently remodeled and everything is new including the heating unit. Door Codes are changed after every check-out. Our property caters to Travelers that enjoy peaceful and serene surroundings and a chance to unplug from every day life!

Perfect AZ Get-Away

Spent a few nights in Sedona to get away from the Phoenix heat. We loved this spot and its easy access to everything while still being outside of town. From day 1 we were already making plans to bring our adult children back and possibly venture up towards Flagstaff on a day trip. (We hadn't realized how accessible it was) Magnificent lightning storm the first night and no power for a little while but the property manager kept us informed of what was going on. Excellent expereince!

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in cabin 10. The location just north of Sedona was an easy drive and very peaceful. We utilized the patio for every meal we ate there as the shade kept the temperatures very pleasant. The hike just south of the cabin was awesome!

Great location out of town

Our cabin was clean, the beds comfortable and the back patio was perfect. One thing that needs to be stressed is that this place is not accessible - 20 steps up to the door. The kitchen doesn't have a stove, but there is a hot plate and BBQ so you can cook most things easily. Don't miss the Junipine for dinner!
