This loft style home is a perfect romantic getaway! Near to shopping and hiking!

This is a great home for a romantic getaway, a fun time with family, or an adventurous weekend hang out with friends! Enjoy making a delicious dinner in the quaint kitchenette in this loft style home! Relax in the spacious living room watching your favorite movies! Stargazing is a must do from the private porch! Check out the closest hiking trail within walking distance, the Broken Arrow Trailhead. There you can watch the spiritual sunset, or energizing sunrise. Uptown Sedona is nearby, where on the way you can peruse Tlaquepaque, or venture further and visit the Uptown shops and taste of Sedona eateries! Where you’ll sleep:The loft is the cozy sleeping space with 2 full size beds, in which you must be able to do stairs, and it also has a futon. All beds are in the loft. The bathroom is on the main level with a walk in shower.

Things that are helpful for your stay:
Maximum Occupancy is 6
The home has been sanitized between each and every guest.
NO pets allowed.
While streaming TV, you must use your accounts to access.
The trash cans are shared with the adjacent home, and must be secured with the bungees and kept in the fenced trash can area and not taken to the curb.
Parking: Only 2 vehicles allowed
Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am and are strictly enforced.
The home is equipped with a smart lock, and you will be given the code and instructions the day of check in.
Heating and Cooling: Baseboard Heat works in the bathroom only. The mini split in the loft is provides sufficient cooling and heating for the entire home.
**Please note: The stairs going to the bedroom loft are steep. Please use caution going up and down the stairs and utilize the railing.

Great little place located close to trails! It was the perfect spot for my husband and I on our weekend getaway. It’s located close to town but without all the hustle and bustle of uptown. It was about 5-10 minute drive to Cathedral Rock and about 10-15 minutes to uptown depending on traffic.

Perfectly located home with all the amenities needed for a successful stay away from home. Very close to a few trails, walk from the house is easier than trying g to find a parking spot. Highly recommend and would stay again.

What a lovely stay in beautiful Sedona! To start, the house was ready at check-in time. We walked in and you could smell it had been cleaned with care. The amenities provided was everything we needed including quality shampoo and conditioner, shower gel and a hairdryer. We absolutely loved the microfiber towels!! The other bath towels were so soft and absorbant! The two full size beds were very comfortable. A wonderful treat was the 1/4 mile walk behind the house to the Broken Arrow trailhead for some beautiful hiking and watching the sunrises and sunsets. The location was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and other points of interest. Our host was very accessible if we had a question and very helpful and accomodating. The gravel driveway had glow in the dark stones that were beautiful to see during our stargazing nights. We would definately stay here again!

Very nice, secluded location and a trailhead is within walking distance. Great place. Only suggestion is to make it more clear the stairs to the loft are pretty steep. The beds are up there so anyone with some mobility challenges might not be comfortable getting up there.

It was close to town and easy access to leave town at the end of the weekend because you are also on the edge to avoid traffic. We had an issue with the access code and the manager answered right away and fixed it under 30 seconds. Great stay overall.

We were welcomed as soon as we pulled up by the owner who was very helpful! This place was just perfect and if i ever return i will return to here! They provided necessities like paper towels..shampoos conditioner and toilet paper..grounds and property were clean and safe and so cozy. Beds were super comfy ..new coffee maker and plenty to cook with! Elephant mountain right behind the house was just stunning..i never found the trailhead but did take so many pics! 7 min drive from town and every location i wanted to go was under 20 mins away! The most stunning vacation ive ever taken and just heaven on earth. Owners were so easy to reach and responded immediately when there were any questions. Overall 10/10 seriously..just perfect. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with me!

Pristine Location!

The perfect spot in town! It’s sits right in the center of both sides of Sedona. Super close to hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, and so much more. We absolutely loved the location!!
