This brilliant townhome in Charlotte offers a tremendous stay for guests. With 2 cozy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, including a bathtub and hair dryer, this place is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The additional living room space with a sofa bed adds extra comfort for your stay.
Immediately upon entering the living room you will be able to sit on a lavish
real Italian leather sofa. The living room is spacious and not crowded, the dining
area is new and plush and have sitting for four. The kitchen have quartz counter
tops. Recently ALL carpet from upstairs have been removed and replaced with waterproof laminate. No need to worry about dust mites or germs in carpet. Shower curtains have been replaced with glass shower doors, keeping in mind reasons for a very clean and safe home.

Great Stay!

The house was great! Plenty of space and located in a great neighborhood. The location near several shopping and grocery stores was an added plus. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice home in great location

We spent 2 weeks in this house and we found it to be very pleasant. Irish was very, very responsive and was intentional in seeing to it that our stay was trouble-free. We would recommend this home and most likely will return!

Perfect and Private

This was one of the cleanest properties we have ever rented! The setup was perfect for our girls trip, plenty of space to have quiet alone time, but then two sitting areas for talking and catching up. Would definitely recommend!

Taura’s group consisted of professional women attending “our” College homecoming. They followed all the house agreements such as recycling, and they were kind enough to leave the thermostat at an acceptable setting. They were super clean and neat, I would love to have them next year for homecoming.

Perfect home away from home

We very much enjoyed our stay. Irish went above and beyond with all the little extras including setting the table with Christmas dishes for the holiday. It was comfortable, quiet, and perfect for our family gathering. Irish was also always available for questions and she truly wants to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this home.

Mary’s group treated my home like it was theirs, for instance, instead of pouring grease down the drain they poured it into a can and placed inside the fridge. I was so surprised before they left, they pulled the trash to the street and the city had picked it up. Otherwise, I would have thrown the garbage in the back of my truck and taken to my home for disposable. I feel so honored they chose my home to spend Christmas 2018. I will roll out the red carpet next time as well!

Great house

Great house for large group or family. We were in town for a family wedding and the location and setup of the house was perfect. House was clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Great for a family vacation

We enjoyed our weekend in Greensboro in Grannie Bert's Place. Home was very clean, convenient to shopping and restaurants, and lots of room for the family. Irish left snacks and bottled water ... she made the place very homey and comfortable. Thanks!

Great Guests would love to have them any time. I cleaned the floor and the water really did not get dirty! How awesome! The water I always have for guests is Kangen Alkaline Water, the water neutralizes the over acidity in our bodies and helps with balance. Never do I ever drink bottled water. I would for the Pam's Party to return anytime!

Nice one story beautiful and comfy house

This was a friendly neighborhood, clean well stocked, beautifully decorated home. I loved being able to find my own alone space in this home. Irish was warm, friendly, and very welcoming. She was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Would stay here again.

Just like home

Excellent experience! Irish keeps her home immaculate, it was so welcoming and convenient to everything. There was 7 adults on our trip sharing this home, we never felt crowded or in each other's way, it was simply perfect!

A Great Stay!!! A+

Very clean and homely! Instructions were clear. Entrance is easy and fast WiFi were pleasant surprises. The little details go a long way...bottled water, a toy chest for the kids and pans for cooking. Looking forward to repeat business! Great stay

Iris's Home

We had a terrific stay. The house had everything we needed. My wife fell in love with the new oven and all of the appliances/TV's worked great. The sheets and towels were super soft and smelled so good. We will be coming to Greensboro to visit family a few times a year and we hope that Iris will have us!

Great place!!

This house is such a nice and comfortable place to stay! Very very clean and the space is fabulous- easy lay out. Irish is lovely! And she even has a nice back patio area to sit outside. Extra bonus is the near by restaurants that are delicious! and you can walk too. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Irish!!!
