The Villa has a large private infinity edge salt water swimming pool (11x4m) with Jacuzzi massage jet system.

One bedroom unit has a free standing bathtub the other spacious bathrooms are with rain shower areas.
The villa features a living room with large flat screen smart TV, a lot of outside roofed veranda space and spacious western and Thai kitchen areas, completely equipped with oven, stove, large fridge, microwave big enough for groop cooking or cooking classes.
We also provide the equipment for your poolside BBQ

This villa offers large indoor and outdoor living space with ample sitting areas for lounging, relaxing, or enjoying a party or relaxing time at your private pool. All rooms have attached veranda and balcony space river and pool view.

We, the host family live on the next compound and are willing to answer your question and assist you in all needs of your stay while we respect your privacy.
We will assist our guests to have a great holiday in any way we can and we also fully respect our guests privacy and individual needs.

Although the villa is near to Chiang Mai town it has a very natural environment and rural surrounding. In an upscale area of mansions and agriculture in direction to Mae Rim and many major tourist attractions, just 1 km off the outer Chiang Mai ring road (no121)
Several restaurants of different style and level are nearby.
Getting Around
As public transport is limited in Chiang Mai private transport e.g. rental car or van with driver is recommended. We are happy to assist you for car rental or van rental at inexpensive local rates. Van rental can be arranged for individual trips or all day usage.
It is a 10-15 minute drive to reach the city premise and between 15 to 30 minute drive to locations in the inner city. 5 minutes to the government municipality center, a 10 minute drive to the Chiang Mai Convention center. The villa is conveniently located 1 km north of the ring road (no 121) towards many of Chiang Mais major tourist attractions nearby Mae Rim and Mae Sa Valley.
We also provide free use of bicycles. The surrounding of the Villa is very convenient and beautiful for bicycling.
