This was my first time managing a Vrbo for my family’s stay. With that being said, the house was huge and accommodated us very well. Only a few minutes from my other family who lives in Queen Creek, so that was no problem. Great house!

A good place to stay

This house had everything we needed. Owners Nancy and Joseph were very helpful when we had questions. They supplied coffee, a few cereals, condiments, and some canned goods, pasta and beans in the pantry - very nice. Note if you have bad knees like my husband, all bedrooms are upstairs.

House was very nice and clean. Only dissatisfaction was with the bathrooms. Basically no toiletries and 1 towel per person.

Nice property w plenty of room

Rental was just as listed. Plenty of room with four bedrooms. Washer and dryer on site. Pantry items available was a nice touch. Keyless entry was a bit of a pain, waiting for door to relock seemed to take longer than one minute. Would recommend.

Comfortable and Clean

We stayed for a week and the house met our expectations. I gave only 4 stars for location because it’s not in the heart of anything really exciting, which for our stay was perfect, but if you’re coming here for the nightlife Phoenix has to offer, it’s pretty far from there. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The listing was exactly as described. The beds comfortable. It was very clean! And host was very responsive to questions.
