Hi!! My name is Michelle and my husband and I just purchased our home in Cape Coral so that we could enjoy the sunshine and water! I taught middle school for 30 years before retiring so I could help to care for my mothers whose health has taken a turn for the worst. We live on a little pond and enjoy sunsets and all of the wildlife we see every day. We love the sunshine and warm weather which is why we chose Cape Coral for our spot to vacation. We are so excited that we can share our home with you and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
I started doing real estate about 5 years ago and really enjoy it. My husband and I also coach softball in Wisconsin where we live. We love coaching and really enjoy our time with the high school girls. We love to spend time with our daughters in Colorado and with our new little grand baby, Aria.

Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it is close to everything! We are also thrilled about how quiet it is but how it has all the amenities including gulf access, a pool and amazing neighbors!
What makes this property unique
We feel our property is unique because it can be "small" or big". It sleeps a lot of people, however it can also be super cozy for just 2-4 people. We love the quiet back yard with the channel and gulf access and love that we can sit in our pool and watch manatee and other wildlife!
