There is so much I can say about this place. First of all, the host was very personable and easy to talk to anytime we had questions from the booking process, to the lead-up, to the actual stay. The biggest thing I would say is that it felt like this was someone's house and we were housesitting... not like it was a rental. This place has a really nice dock down by the canal that you can fish from (and there are quite a few different fish you can catch). There are iguanas to look for. We heard dolphins though we never actually saw them. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. There is a pack and play there as well as a baby gate and inflatable baby pool (gifted by us). We had a 1 year old and so that was a bit of an adventure but we made the best of it. My 12 yr old daughter caught a little lizard and that made her whole trip (it was safely let go back to his own business after we snapped a couple pictures). Plenty of chairs to lay out by the pool. Big and spacious inside the house. The layout is great. We loved the fact that the master was on the other side of the house from the 2 other bedrooms. The house had quite a few extras that you don't always find in rentals. Extra sheets, blankets, an absolute ton of towels, and paddleboards (which were also used and that was fun). There were enough dishwasher packs and sponges that we didn't have to buy any. Same with the laundry detergent/fabric softener. Great place!!!
