Just a short drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park—you're close to world-class attractions, hiking, dining, and entertainment, but tucked away enough to enjoy total peace and privacy. Whether it's hiking trails, Dollywood, moonshine tastings, or scenic drives—you can do it all, then return to your private retreat.

• Primary Guests Must Be 25+
We welcome guests aged 25 and over to book with us. Children are, of course, welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
To ensure everyone can relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum during these hours.

• Maximum Occupancy: 4 Guests
Our space is best suited for up to 4 guests to ensure everyone’s comfort.

• 2 Vehicle Limit
Parking is limited, so we kindly ask that no more than 2 vehicles be brought to the property.

• Thinking About Bringing an Extra Guest?
Please reach out to us before booking if you're planning to bring more than 2 people. We’re happy to discuss and see what’s possible.

• Pet-Free Property
As much as we love animals, we are a pet-free property. This helps us maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all our guests.

• Starter Supplies Provided
We provide a welcome starter kit that includes: toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, a laundry pod, dishwasher pod, dish soap, and a selection of K-cup coffee and tea. You may want to pick up extras for longer stays.

• Love Whole Bean Coffee?
Bring your favorite beans! We provide a grinder for fresh coffee lovers.

• Nature Sounds Are Normal
The cabin has a metal roof and no attic space, so you may hear critters or falling acorns—it’s part of the mountain charm!

• Mountain Wildlife Awareness
Black bears do roam the area. Please don’t leave food in your car or outside the cabin, and never try to approach or feed a bear (selfies are a no-go—seriously!).

• Keep Doors Closed
Bears have been known to wander into open doors, so please keep all doors securely closed at all times.

• No On-Demand Maintenance During Stays
Unless there's an emergency, our maintenance team visits after checkout to give guests privacy and uninterrupted relaxation.

• Hot Tub Use & Safety
The hot tub is for guests 25+ only. For your safety, please avoid using it if you’ve consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use at your own risk, and enjoy responsibly!

• Check-Out Time is 11 AM
Late check-outs impact our cleaning schedule. Unless otherwise arranged, fees apply for late departures: $200 for the first 30 minutes, and $300 for each additional 30 minutes.

• No Pets, Please
A $400 fee will apply if a pet is brought to the property, and guests may be asked to leave without a refund.

• Weather & Natural Events
Due to our mountain location, we’re unable to provide refunds for weather, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• What’s Not Provided
We do not stock charcoal, condiments, or a wide variety of spices (though we do offer salt, pepper, and olive oil).

• Fire Safety First
For everyone’s safety, fires (including candles) are not permitted inside or outside the cabin. Unauthorized fires will incur a $100 charge plus any damages.
