Warm and inviting

Nicely decorated, charming bungalow just a short walk from the beach. Small, as described, but has everything you need. Two porches let you enjoy the weather. An easy drive to area attractions.

Nicely Appointed Place

The beach house was a very pleasant place to stay. I loved being in the kitchen and having sunlight come thru the window over the sink.The ceramic tile floors in the home were beautiful, including the bathroom and shower.

Darling little place!

I was there in the off season, but it was an extremely quiet place. Great location, only 2 blocks from a lovely beach spot. Convenient to many locations. I’ll definitely stay again! Wendy, my host was fabulous to work with!

PERFECT RENTAL EXPERIENCE

The unit was better than in the pictures. Surrounding property was quaint, quiet and clean. Location was close to the beach and had a beautiful park for kids (we didn't bring any). I plan to reach out and reserve this property any time I am visiting the area. I recommend it highly

Nice little bungalow

Overall this was a nice stay, but there were a few things that stood out to us. The door had marks that looked like someone had tried to break in by prying the door open at some point, and there was a good amount of give from the frame which didn’t make us feel very secure. The walls were also very thin - we could hear the neighbors opening their door like they were in the same room as us. But the location was fantastic and it was a good stay all in all.

Perfect for 2 People

The place was small yet comfortable. Location was perfect for everything. Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood seemed safe. Wendy was great to work with. I wanted to change my arrival and departure dates, no problem. Consider this property, you will mot be sorry.

Great location. We wanted to see Co Oma Beach pier and Jetty Pier so the local was perfect.

Very nice!

Enjoyed our visit. Cute, small duplex just a couple of blocks to a very nice beach. The only downside was the bed was only full size, but the bathroom shower was great! Nice, fenced and gated complex of duplexes with friendly neighbors.

Close to the beach

Place is in very close proximity to the beach and access with parking. It is small, but was just fine for two adults. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond.

Thank you for a wonderful week staying at your bungalow! Everything was described well in the ad, and it was a very short walk to the beautiful beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to stay in Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area if they want a cozy, quiet stay with the ocean just down the road! Thank you Wendy!

Short Walk to the Beach

We enjoyed our stay. It's a nice size for two adults. The beach is just down the road and we spent alot of time there! Communication with the property manager was great-thanks! The only thing we could ask for improvement is that the bed be upgraded from a full to a queen as advertised and we did purchase a memory foam topper as it was a bit uncomfortable for our longer stay. That change would definitely make us book again.

Enjoyed our stay

Quaint little place in gated quiet community. Perfect for a couple to get away. Only a short walk to the beach. Short drive to great places to eat and grocery store. We will definitely revisit next time we go to Cape Canaveral.

Very very

Nice rental; it has everything you want at the beach (“down the shore”, as we say in Philadelphia). Very comfortable apartment with a back porch for the grill, nice kitchen, and two blocks to the beach! The beach is incredible. Good shopping nearby. Easy to get around. Communication was prompt; access to the unit was contactless, effortless and well-managed. Allowed for my visit (temp to perm) to Florida to go well. Gracias!

Great beach bungalow

The bungalow is full of character and charm. The gated community is very quiet and just a couple blocks to the beach. There is a large patio area in front as well as in the back with a large table and grill.

Charming Bungalow

Such a charming little bungalow. We loved the backyard patio and cooked steaks for dinner one night on the grill. The neighbors were very welcoming and even loaned us some olive oil for our meal :) Great location, just 2 blocks from the beach and a few miles from downtown Cocoa Beach. We loved staying here!
