The Space:

The living area is bright and inviting, anchored by a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV for evenings spent unwinding after a day in the sun. Modern, updated finishes carry through the space, giving the condo a comfortable, well-kept feel from the moment you walk in.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is set up for restful nights, with a queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space to unpack and settle in for your stay. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and fresh bed linens are all provided.



Bathroom

The bathroom comes fully equipped with a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water on demand, along with shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products so you're set from check-in.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for home-cooked meals, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, plus cooking basics, dishes, and silverware covered. A toaster and coffee are also on hand for easy mornings before you head out for the day.



Outdoor & location

Cool off in the pool right on the property, or relax on the patio or balcony with the backyard close by. Beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, so you can head straight to the sand without packing extra gear. Free parking is available on premises and on the street, and self check-in with a smart lock means an easy, flexible arrival.



Beyond the condo, Cape Canaveral puts you close to the cruise terminals, Kennedy Space Center, and the chance to catch a rocket launch from nearby. Pet-friendly and open to long-term stays, this condo works well whether you're here for a quick coastal escape or a longer stretch by the water.

This condo is located in Cape Canaveral, on the Space Coast. You are only 20 minutes away from Kennedy Space Center and have easy access to travel to Orlando. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, bars, and shopping. You will have access to the pool and enjoy the convenience of being only 2 miles away from Port Canaveral, which is filled with restaurants, bars, and shopping. This the perfect spot for an unforgettable beach getaway.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
