Great proximity to nearby restaurants and ATT stadium. House was really pretty inside and had everything we needed. Property manager was very responsive and friendly.

The garage was a major bonus just make sure your vehicle isn't too tall. The bed was very comfortable and it is not far from the stadium which was our deciding factor. Turning off the main road into the neighborhood is tricky in the dark as there are no street lights. The neighbors we encountered were friendly.

Great place, very clean A only thing we'd suggest and could have used is benches for suitcases and it has 3 patio areas but no chairs. Very beautiful inside, with neat looking patio areas.

House was clean and spacious. It was easy to access and loved the two car garage. Our host was very responsive. My only concern was I didn’t feel the door was secure. It was glass and you could see straight through. The outside gate’s lock leading to the patio was extremely flimsy. The neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired and at first glance makes you afraid to stay in the house.

Host interaction was great, easy to get ahold of and easy check in and check out. Overall place was good to sleep and clean up in but that was about it. A lot of old furniture, beds were very loud and felt like it was going to break by just rolling over in it. Clean for the most part, just a bunch of dust and crumbs everywhere. Good place for the price at least.

Great for a short stay

House was as described in listing and very clean inside. It was nice to be able to park our F150 in the garage, but it was a tight fit. Not a bad drive to/from Globe Life Field. The outside could use some sprucing up, but we had a nice experience overall.

Host is very responsive. Huge TV with many options to watch. House needs supplied better with dishes, glasses, silverware and towels. Towels, pillows and bedding are worn out and need replaced. Owner needs to check on maintenance and cleaning personnel as several items in the house need cleaned better and repaired. House was very drafty, which made the heater run a lot and it was cold when the heater wasn’t running.

The lock key would not open the door. We got locked out for 45 minutes in the dark. Had to call VRBO customer service to help us. 3rd bed up stair had box springs. Could not sleep in the bed it was so uncomfortable. old and ricketty .Outside not very clean. Very easy to get around Arlington due to the location

The property was okay on the inside, but in an undesirable neighborhood. It needs to be noted that all three bedrooms are upstairs (2flights of stairs). Not good for my 92 year-old Mother. We had one roll of toilet paper for all 3 bathrooms when we arrived. We did receive a case of toilet paper by the second night. The garage door did not work. Being in this neighborhood, we were not comfortable parking our car outside. The owner was responsive. I don’t understand why you have to strip the beds and take out the trash. You don’t have to do that at a hotel. If so, they need to give a discount on the cleaning fee. I would not stay here again.

Adequate

The host was very kind and quick to respond. It seems he may use a cleaning service for the house and would need to look into getting a different one. The leaves in the court yard were so piled in front of the doors we had to kick them away with our feet to get in. The potholders were caked with food, there was a large lock of curly orange hair left in the office from previous guests, and the walls/shelving was grimy in a lot of places. The house itself was nice but could be stocked better as far as bedding. It is advertised to sleep 8 including the couches but there are no pillows or blankets to be used there. The beds:matresses are also quite uncomfortable and thin. One of them left indentions in the skin from the springs in it. The driveway fit two midsize vehicles comfortably but could fit two more if you pack them in.

This is our second time staying here and we really enjoyed it. One thing which could not be helped and I feel bad for the neighbors and the host, is that the neighbor next door has a MESS in front of their yard. I would be upset to see that everyday. Again, I feel welcome and enjoyed our stay and we will return. :)

We had a convention in Arlington and this location was perfect for it! The house is older but has had some updates to it. One bed was “squeaky” but as long as just one person is in that room, it was ok. This would be the one thing to improve with this listing. The neighbors have a sketchy garage but there’s really nothing that the owner can do about that. It looked like they were working on cleaning it up while we were there. I mention this because it was a little concerning when we drove up. No one lives in the neighboring house as far as I could tell. It was nice to have a garage to park inside of and use while staying there. This place worked great for what we needed it for!
