Located on the 8th floor, Pelican Pointe 804 offers sweeping beach and Gulf views from your spacious private balcony, complete with cozy sofa seating—the perfect spot to unwind to the sound of crashing waves.

The primary suite features a King bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and balcony access. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom includes two Full beds and a flat-screen TV—ideal for kids or additional guests. This unit sleeps up to 8 and includes a sofa sleeper in the living room. You'll also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, free WiFi, and all the comforts of home.

Pelican Pointe is a family-friendly complex located just 5.5 miles east of Hwy 59 in Orange Beach. The furniture was very old and had stains all over it. We used blankets to cover them up. The air conditioner took a little bit to figure out. It smelled terrible the first day… air fresheners helped. The TVs in the smaller rooms were the size of a computer. On a positive note, the porch was amazing. The elevator and property were great. We would love to see a different unit…

Wrong photos…

We actually did not rent this condo as the company had switched the photos between 2 condos. When we arrived I instantly knew this was not the place I booked. I would not have stayed there. Liquid life was quick to correct the situation and moved us to a more suitable, beautiful condo that more closely resembled what we had booked. We were able to be moved the same night we checked in as to not interfere with any of our vacation.

Almost perfect

Overall we were very pleased with the condo that we rented, we found it to be exactly as advertised and in good condition. The only issue I had is that on the first day we arrived we informed the property managers at the Wi-Fi in our room was not working, we were told this problem would be taken care of and it never was. This is not a big deal because after all we are not there to sit on our phones we are there to go to the pool and the beach, but if you're paying for a service you should get it. I would definitely stay again.

Changes need to be made to unit

Furniture very uncomfortable, had to request for coat hangers, tub stopper missing, kitchen sink stopper missing, disposal did not work, need new cushions for patio furniture, someone needs to go and look over the entire unit, sure you will find things

Overall it was nice, just a little rundown, for the price. Very roomy and spacious. Gorgeous view of the beach. Conveniently located. I only wished the weather would have been warmer but that’s not the owners problem, lol!!!!
