Summer House 603A es un decorado con buen gusto de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños condominio con aproximadamente 1570 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. La cocina estaba totalmente remodelada con todos los nuevos gabinetes y encimeras de granito. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio, el segundo dormitorio tiene una reina y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas de matrimonio con un sofá cama en el salón.

Summerhouse tiene una gran piscina al aire libre junto con una piscina cubierta y una piscina para niños. La propiedad también cuenta con gimnasio, sauna seco y zona de parrilla de barbacoa.

* POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN: la tarifa de procesamiento de $ 89 nunca es reembolsable. La cancelación, los cambios en las fechas de la estadía o la propiedad dentro de los 30 días de la llegada causan la pérdida del depósito. Overall the property was nice and location was good. But I think it is weird that they provide almost no items in the property (like only a single roll of toilet paper) for a week long stay. You should expect to need to buy everything to stock the house upon arrival and frequent trips to grocery store. They also don't use Vrbo to communicate and insisted upon using text messaging even though Vrbo advises against that. We didn't have any issues but I could see this bring a problem if there was some dispute because all communications would have happened outside of the platform. I am also not a fan of having to sign separate (very unfavorable) contracts outside of the platform. There's a reason I rent through this platform and I don't want to deal with additional contract terms beyond the protection that the platform offers.

We were happy for the opportunity to extend our stay for one night.A suggestion:There needs to be clearer info on your website about the ability to get day guest passes for friends who are visiting just for the day and not staying the night. The condo needs an upgrade on the electrical outlets. It was very challenging to find easy access to charge phones, etc.At the very least, note on your website that one needs to bring a power strip for each bedroom.

Don’t waste your time

Dirty, walls had black & brown stuff all over. Construction was going on the dust everywhere. The railings were rigged with a board, not safe. Parking was awful at night you had to park across the road & cross four lanes of busy traffic. Hot water was only enough for maybe 2 quick showers. Would not recommend. Pictures were deceiving.

Unclean room and property

Our room was not clean and felt dirty all around. Cheezits and food on the floor and the bed sheets felt unclean. Only one elevator worked correctly. And parking was horrendous. Had to park across the street and there was no cross walk so navigating across the road was dangerous. Won't stay here again.

Location and balcony are great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and balcony with ocean front view. Near shopping and restaurants. Walkable to some. Neat and mostly clean. Couch was comfy. Kitchen had most appliances needed. For the bad- the commode was leaking from the tank to the floor. I called and texted but response from management group till next day. Sent plumber who removed, reinstalled and then Uninstaller again old toilet. Went and picked up another commode and installed it. We couldn't use that bathroom. Most of the day. That night smoke detector in my bedroom started chirping every 15 seconds. Called about it, said they would send someone but no one ever came. So after 3 hours I (61 year old) climb in a chair and take it down(and throw outside) where it disappears later on. Someone replaced it with new one but did NOT notify me they were coming into condo. I don't like the management company.

Summer Home vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, beautiful beach, loved the spacious deck. Sleeping arrangements were good! Kitchen lacked a lot! Pot holders would have been nice ( I burned my thumb using dishtowels) Ice maker worked well! Condo could use some updating, especially the entrance area which was dingy (door really needed a coat of paint)! There was no vacum cleaner or mop (both were needed on many occasions). We did not let this affect our vacation. We have been going to the gulf coast for over forty years! Nothing is ever perfect!

Older property but functional

The property was older (rust and film or condensation build up on the doors and windows) but the condo itself was clean and functional. Nice outdoor pool and easy access to the beach. Right in the middle of everything so shopping was close by.

FLOORS WERE FILTHY !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After we made a trip to the store and bought cleaning supplies and mopped the floors we enjoyed out stayed. We reported the floors to the rental company and they offered to send housekeeping floor to re-mop the floors, but from what I saw the floors had not been mopped before we arrived and we had already took care of the problem.Other than the floors being dirty everything else was good. The rental company was very helpful.

Orange Beach great location!

We had six of us and this was very convenient to restaurants and lived the short walk out to the beach. Loved having a pool as well. Very clean. Would recommend combination lock instead of two keys for our whole party. But I will commend the rental company in only taking 15 minutes to come let us in on a holiday when we locked ourselves out!

Spring break 2022

The Summer house was big enough for all seven of us could stretch out, the balcony was our favorite spot due to the weather. The air conditioning was lacking, as in non-existence, but we didn't discover the issue until we were fixing to leave. Other than that issue, we look forward to booking again.

Condo needs a little love

We made the best of the situations so our trip was great! However this condo needs some love. The master bathroom shower head was held together with a hair band 😳. The fridge wasn’t working when we arrived. I called, and they brought ice for us to put our food in coolers. The following day I had to call at 4 to figure out why they hadn’t came to fix the fridge. At this point our food was full of water. Come to find out the fridge had frozen up before it wasn’t the first time and they were aware the fridge had a problem. Overall the condo needs a little love but it is spacious ,wonderful views,

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Almost 5 stars all the way around. The fridge in our Condo barely kept cold. We bought a gallon of milk and it went bad in a day bc the fridge didn’t keep it cold enough. Also the property doesn’t provide extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. All other properties I’ve stayed at provide those items. Location was perfect, the condo itself was nice, the kids loved the pool, the view was beautiful. All in all would recommend and I would stay at this location again.

Great week!

The property was great and the view was amazing. We did have several concerns: 1) refrigerator stopped cooling mid-week. Repairman came out quickly but the refrigerator never cooked like it should. 2) Property sleeps 8 and we had 7. There were only 6 towels. 3) master bath sink drained VERY slow which made brushing your teeth pretty gross! 4) BIGGEST concern of all - entry to the door is with actual keys. They gave us 2 sets and we were told if we lost a set we had to pay to replace it. Try keeping up with 2 keys and 7 people! Does not make for easy entry to the condo! I recommend putting a key pad entry on the door and get rid of the 1980 keyed door entry!! We had a great week and will sure be back to the area! Would even stay here again if they put a keyless entry on the door!

Last minute get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we noticed the ice machine was broken.We were not told of this. There were no ice trays in the freezer to make ice. The rooms were clean at first glance. The master had noticeable cobwebs on ceiling fan. Bathrooms were clean and view was amazing from the balcony. Linens were clean and sleeper sofa was comfortable. Master bed and Queen size bed were great. The bedroom with the 2 beds wasn't comfortable for adults. Over all it was a great visit. We spent our time at the beach. If recommending to a friend, I would make sure to let them know our issues.

The condo was beautiful, with an amazing view of the ocean. Only complaint was we found a half box of wine in one of the cupboards when we got there.

Great location and loved the wide balcony.

Enjoyed the location and general layout of the condo. The walk to the beach was reasonable and the pool was very nice. The sofa bed mattress needs replaced and should not be listed an option for sleeping. No one could sleep in those springs. The room sizes and the big balcony were the highlights of the space. The kitchen was well equipped and the ice maker was incredible! I would suggest adding a hand held mixer and a couple more cooking utensils like spatulas and egg/meat turners. Overall we had a great time.
