Welcome to Phoenix IV Condo 4153! The gorgeous beachfront condo has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests. Enjoy stunning gulf front views, direct boardwalk beach access, and luxurious amenities at Phoenix IV! This condo offers endless fun for the whole family with an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, indoor pool and hottub, grilling gazebo, tennis court with basketball goal, sauna, fitness center, and more. Of course, the main attraction is the beautiful white sand and sparkling blue waters, which are right at your fingertips! Phoenix IV boasts an ideal location, right on the Gulf in Orange Beach. Guests will love being close to all the amazing shops, restaurants, boat rentals, charters, and activities that this area has to offer.

Inside your beach front condo, you'll find a beautiful living space and 3 luxurious bedrooms. The living space offers ample seating, a flat screen TV, and private balcony access. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the equipment that the chef of the family could need, and the dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy the meals! The first bedroom contains a king bed, private bathroom, flat screen TV, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which has 2 full beds. In total, this condo can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Whether you're hoping for nonstop fun, or pure tranquility on your Alabama beach vacation, Phoenix VI 4153 is the perfect place to stay! Book now!

Easy access to the beach. Lots of great amenities!

Traveled with my wife, 15 year old son and his friend, and my parents. Great condo! Well maintained, everything was in good working condition, and the complex has lots of great amenities, including an indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, etc. My only complaint was the $55 parking fee. Easy access to the beach with a shower and garden hoses to rinse things off on your way back to the room. View from the balcony is awesome! Would definitely stay here again.

Older unit that desperately needed a facelift. Elevator broke. 15 flights of stairs is rough. Sliding door to balcony did not lock. Safety hazard with kids. Shower door in restroom was broken and smashed my child’s arm. We could not wait to check out!

The room was filthy. Only stayed 2 nights so it wasn’t worth it to move all of our stuff and have to stay out of the room to have it recleaned. This unit definitely needs to be updated/remodeled. Needed more clear instructions (like unit being on 15th floor) and parking costed more than listed. The view was gorgeous. The beach was nice. Location was great. We would not stay at this property again unless it was cleaned and updated though.
