Very nice, clean, roomy, very comfortable and has everything you would need for a nice stay, plus close to Snowbowl, shopping, restaurants and only a short drive to Bearizona (you must go see this place) and about another hour to the Grand Canyon

We loved our stay...home was perfect, well-furnished, had both a great location and great view. Of course would be happy to stay here again when cisiting Flagstaff.

Front lock needs more instruction, never seen this type of lock took us awhile.Place was clean except the floor. Our socks turned black.The instructions for unit stated how to turn down the air conditioning and how toto obey pool rules. One problem no pool use for this unit and no air conditioning and believe me this unit needs air conditioning. If you rent this place take some hangers (4) and some extra silverware. We didn’t use the loft bedroom. We didn’t understand it’s a wide open loft room to the living room below and has no clothes closet at all. Overall the unit itself for one couple works okBut the manager was called by VRBO and I called with a number they gave me and e-mailed and theywe’re so non interested in there client that they never did respond for the 30 days. So no after all the great places we’ve rented not here again.

This home is a cute townhouse, it was perfect for our family of 5. Close enough to downtown area with lots to do! It was clean and cozy! Would definitely stay again! My only feedback to owners would be extra towels! The post states it sleeps up to 8 but only had 2 large towels for use. Or maybe just give guests a heads up to bring their own towels. Other than that its a great spot!!

Upon arrival we discovered there was no available air conditioning in the home. What makes this especially disappointing is that the owner knew in advance that we were bringing our large dog and never disclosed that the AC was unavailable or followed up with us before our arrival.This is particularly concerning during one of the hottest summers Arizona has experienced. The home reached 86F inside, and our dog was overheating. We were told to use the fans in the home, but fans are not an adequate substitute for air conditioning in these temperatures.Had we been informed beforehand that there was no functioning AC, we absolutely would have reconsidered the booking. This was not simply an issue of comfort—it created an unsafe environment for our dog and an extremely uncomfortable stay for us.Owners have a responsibility to accurately represent their property and disclose significant issues that could affect a guest's decision to stay. Advertising AC when there is no available AC, knowing guests are traveling with a dog during extreme Arizona heat, is unacceptable.Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not stay at this property again and cannot recommend it to other guests, especially those traveling with pets during the hot summer months.

The place was nice overall. It was definitely a great trip and the place was spacious and comfy. Just some minor feedback. The communication wasn’t great and I had to reach out a few hours before asking how to check in. The responses were spotty with a language barrier. I was told to contact if any issues came up. We did when we got there because we didn’t realize there was no AC and as it was cooler up north when we got there it was 85 inside the place so it took a while to cool down but managed well the rest of the stay. Except we didn’t hear back from anyway until 11:00AM the next day. I think it could have been cleaner. It was dusty and the fan blades had dust hanging off them and dust under furniture. There wasn’t enough paper towel in the kitchen or any tissues but we made a stop to the store to get some of these things. Other than that we were happy and would go back.
