Regarding the kitchen sink, we addressed the issue the same day and even purchased a new strainer, but it did not fit the existing drain. As a temporary solution, we connected it directly to the main drain and explained this to your wife, who said it was acceptable given your upcoming check-out and the availability of an outdoor kitchen. Despite this, we did our best to resolve the issue promptly. After the initial repair, there was no major leak, and the plumbing concern was fully resolved right after your check-out. As for the washing machine, it was not broken and is provided as an added convenience only. It was recently repaired, and allowing guest use could result in damage where repair costs would unfairly fall on the guest. We also appreciate your honesty and compensation for the broken glasses. We would also like to note that our house rules specify a maximum number of guests; however, more than 11 guests stayed during your visit. We appreciate your feedback.
