Apartment is fully furnished situated in Surco 20 minutes in a vehicle to park kennedy in Miraflores , 5 minutes to Parque de la amistad.. Close to public transportation pharmacies a mall and restaurants all at walking distance. Terrace is also available for all of our guest. Washer and dryer machine inside the apt Wifi Netflix included. As your host I will always be available if need any assistance.

Wonderful experience staying in SURCO. Beautiful Apartment & Good Location . Wonderful host family

The apartment is well suited with all comforts for home. Modern kitchen appliances and laundry room. Bathroom has a spacious shower stall with plenty of hot water and is nicely decorated. very tasteful decoration in each room. The host family is very generous and very patient with requests! They made my stay secure and helped me enjoy Lima and it's districts. This is a great location with mass transit and taxis abundant. The neighborhood is great to explore on foot for restaurants and shops. I recommend this rental for a great stay in Lima! Love the people. Love the food. Love the atmosphere!

This property is located in a safe area with city security cameras around the block close to park kennedy in Miraflores and the best park in the distric parque de la Amistad. It has its own private entrance and intercom and a nice host (me). I can also arrange pickup from the airport and back.
