We had a lovely short stay in Old Orchard Beach. We really liked the property which was nicely decorated, very clean, with spacious rooms and a great deck and yard. It is in a quiet road - with very friendly neighbors! - and very well situated for local amenities and just a 5 minute drive to the beach. The owner was very communicative and helpful.

Clean and relatively spacious house in a location very convenient for accessing Old Orchard Beach and Ocean Park. Nicely air conditioned for summertime and the yard is good sized with a fire pit and a gas grill, which we loved! Owner is super responsive.

The house looks small but, much like a tardis, it's bigger on the inside. The needs were comfy and my sister said the sofa bed was excellent. The AC was amazingly effective. The host, Adam, is very gracious and accommodating. We got in a bit early and the house was still being cleaned but we were allowed to drop stuff off so we could go eat. Very short walks to places to eat and right on the city transit line, making it easy to get to the beach. We would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The home was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped with great appliances, making it easy to prepare meals together. We especially loved the outdoor spaces!! The backyard, deck, and the charming front porch with the swing were perfect for enjoying our mornings and evenings.The amenities were exactly what we needed, and the location was ideal. There were great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, and it was just a short drive to many attractions and to bop around to other towns, making it a convenient central location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!!
