Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage close to the beach! Approximately a 10 minute walk to miles of sandy beach and conveniently located close to Palace Playland, Pier, and numerous restaurants. First floor layout includes living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and full bath. The lower level is finished with another bedroom, full bath and plenty of space for lounging and playing games.
Side yard is fenced in and provides privacy for grilling and fire pit!

Three couples stayed in this cute cottage for three nights in October 2025. Our communication with the owners/VRBO was helpful and concise. The cottage was great, with the three bedrooms that we needed. The house was very comfortable and we all enjoyed our time there. Very clean and well stocked. Liked the washer and dryer too. Thanks for a great stay!!

I really REALLY enjoyed our stay from the ocean proximity, to the well maintained home. We were just down the street, from a beautiful view of the ocean. We went down and took pictures of the sunrise. The beach was big and expansive … just beautiful. The house itself was highly and meticulously maintained. It was immaculate and warm and inviting. All appliances worked well too. Thank you to our hosts. We’ll be back!

Such a beautiful house! We loved everything about it, except the low ceiling in the basement (my son is 6’2”). The amenities are great, and we loved the grill. Beds are very comfortable. 5/5 stars

Great house! Such a cute and charming house that also has plenty of room for our family. Kitchen is fully stocked, WiFi worked great and beds were beyond comfortable. Only thing Bette than the house was the location- short easy walk to the beach but also very quiet location.

Séjour exceptionnel

Une parfaite propriété à environ 15 minutes de la plage. Communication très bonne avec le locateur et service impeccable. Petit bémol, le lit superposé est plutôt bruyant. Mais dans l'ensemble, je recommande.

Quaint Cottage, great stay

We had a great time on our recent stay here. short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. This home was fully stocked with all the amenities and truly felt like our home away from home. Check in/out was seamless and there was great communication the the host. If we ever plan to travel to the area again, we would definately stay here once more.

Family vacation/wedding

My family and I enjoyed a fantastic week at this charming cottage. Listing including pictures are accurate. Great communication with host, all questions were answered in a timely manner. Great location. Walking distance (10 minutes) to beach. And a 5 minute drive to wedding venue, Dunegrass Golf Club. Thank you for a great week!

Nice Clean House

Very nice little cottage in a quiet part of OOB. Cleanliness was excellent. Very nicely decorated. Cable TV but no streaming services. The combined kitchen/dining room is too small for a house that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The living room was a really nice place to hang out. There is a side yard, but it's not practical to have meals there since it's far from the kitchen. It is better suited to having a drink. A gas grill is provided but don't expect much, it's really cheap - I wouldn't even know where to buy something so low-end. The biggest problem we had was with the bedroom downstairs. The metal frame of the bunk twin beds squeaks and creaks so much at the slightest movement that it's completely unusable. I highly recommend that this bed be replaced ASAP by a double bed frame. The ceiling is too low for a bunk bed. The house should be made to accommodate 8 people total instead of 10. Despite these criticisms, I would stay there again if the bed was replaced and only with a party size of 8 or less.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison, surtout le patio extérieur ….le seul point négatif était la propreté: fan de plafond plein de poussière, dessous de lit, cadres sur les murs et le frigidaire plein de marques de doigts….et il faudrait plus de chaises à l’extérieur.

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation

We had a great stay at this cottage. Location is good and we enjoyed walking to the beach and nearby restaurants and stores. We made the trip back and forth to the beach several times a day. It is nice because it’s far enough away from the pier and amusement rides, so it is quiet and peaceful at night. The backyard area was great for grilling and enjoying the outdoors. Two things I would note about this rental- We had a very hot week and there is only one ductless AC unit located in the living room, so the bedrooms were not very cool. We brought several fans, so we made it work. I would give this rental 5 stars if there was AC throughout the house, but I feel the listing should reflect there is only one unit. Also, there is very minimal pots and pans for cooking. We had to use a pan and then wash it to cook something else. Overall, we had an amazing time and this house helped our family create lasting OOB memories!! I would recommend this rental!

Good location, house was clean, a few things in house needed small repairs(didn’t impede our stay). There was not a lot of kitchenware, which is fine but wish we knew ahead of time so we could have packed it with us. Overall great time.

A Taste of New England

We were a family of 5 adults and loved the accommodations! Coming from the south, it was truly the New England charm we were hoping to find. The cottage is very comfortable with room for everyone one to spread, both inside and out. Kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs.

Great House Near the Beach

Nice little house with everything we needed. Slight hiccup after checking in, but quickly rectified upon speaking with the managers! For our January stay, we definitely appreciated the efficient heat and ready throw blankets available in the living areas to cozy up under! Would definitely recommend this house for a family or small group.

Charming Cottage in Old Orchard Beach

The cottage was well appointed with decor in soothing neutral tones making it feel spacious and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen—extra points given for having a full set of implements for enjoying delicious whole lobsters from Pinetree Seafood. The cottage is a short walk to a great, long sandy beach—perfect for long Beach walks and —when the waves are high—surfing. And OOB is perfectly situated for exploring other areas: Portland, Freeport, Scarborough, Cape Elizabeth etc. But the cottage always welcomed us when we returned from exploring, where we lit candles and prepared delicious dinners. The small cozy side yard was perfect for grilling or sipping wine in the evenings. We were impressed that the owners Ryan and Nicole seemed environmentally conscious with soaps, paper products etc being organic and even the candles were battery operated so no smoke permeated but made the house feel cozier. And they were very responsive to any of our needs or questions which helped make our stay relaxing and trouble free. We definitely felt at home. Thank you Ryan and Nicole for a lovely stay.

Belle semaine près de la plage

Maison très accueillante, meublée avec goût, avec beaucoup de commodités: laveuse, sécheuse et lave-vaisselle. Les deux salles de bain complètes, très pratique pour notre groupe de huit. La maison offre beaucoup d'espace pour chacun. Nous pouvons nous rendre à la plage à pied en 15-20 minutes (selon notre âge!!!). Seul petit commentaire moins positif: nous aurions apprécié une marmite/faitout de taille intermédiaire (pour cuire des pâtes, par exemple). Et quelques petits trucs comme verres à vin, râpe à fromage, linge à vaisselle. Espace extérieur agréable dans la cour et voisinage tranquille. Ce fut formidable et je recommande fortement cette propriété pour les amoureux du Maine!

Relaxing vacation!

Overall the stay was great! Enough room to spread out and the cottage was cute! About a 10 min walk to the beach. I would suggest maybe trimming the back yard a bit, we couldn’t use it cause it was really buggy. Also it was tad warm, the air is only in the living room so it didn’t really cool down the other rooms or the downstairs. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!
