Ce luxueux 3-Bedroom Villa est situé dans une station balnéaire très familial et l'emplacement est excellent; environ 10 minutes de Disney. La station a plus de commodités et d'activités que vous pouvez demander. La villa est spacieuse et peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Il est très propre, moderne et bien entretenu.

La villa dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cuisinière / four, lave-vaisselle et des équipements comme un grille-pain, machine à café, et un mélangeur. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size confortable et d'une salle de bains (reliée à la chambre principale) avec une grande baignoire jacuzzi. La deuxième chambre dispose de deux lits doubles et la troisième chambre a un canapé canapé-lit. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. Depuis le salon, il y a un patio extérieur avec table une chaise. Avec un total de 5 lits, cette grande villa peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Il y a un 12 $. frais de 50 station (par jour) qui seront recueillies lors de l'enregistrement.

Great property!

This property was perfect for my family of 5 plus my dad. The condo was spacious and the pool was great for the kids. My reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to be "attacked" by the Marriott guy to participate in a time share meeting. He was quite forceful and rude. The staff of the property was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Annual girls weekend

We truly enjoyed our stay at your condo! It was clean, and very spacious!! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the basic necessities for cooking simple meals (we did NOT have a sponge or dish soap, but easily picked that up at the market/gift shop on property). Plenty of towels/linens, utensils, dishes etc. We loved hanging on our spacious porch, catching up with one another! The property itself was very well maintained. Lots of workers keeping the place looking spotless and safe! The pool atmosphere was energetic and fun! Diana and George at the pool bar were super friendly even though they were slam packed!! Enjoyed the pool, and the friendly folks we met along the way! We did not leave the property our entire stay!! We definitely plan to stay again! Thank you!!

Great property!

This property was great and the owner very nice. It has been updated and there is plenty of room. The pool was great and the staff very friendly. My reason for 4 out of 5 stars was due to pressure to participate in a time share meeting. After being directed to pick up our parking pass, we were intercepted and pressured to schedule a meeting to learn about a time share property. After I firmly declined, we received two other phone calls about the same matter. Although that was no fault of the property owner, it was not something I anticipated. This property suited our needs and if ever in Orlando for a soccer tournament again, I would stay here.

Star Island Resort in Kissimmee

Resort was just as described. Good supplies, clean, lots of space. Only complaint was our two bedrooms faced a parking lot, hallway, and elevator and at night people were EXTREMELY noisy. Called security several times, front desk. It happened every night, which made it difficult for family/kids in those rooms to sleep. Would recommend and return but would look for a quieter unit.

Beautiful and clean. Something for everyone to do.

Everything was 5 star except checking in. Check in was supposed to be at 4. We worked til 2 and arrived at 6. Room was not ready yet. Said they would call. Still nothing at 6:45. After going to the desk again they said pretty soon. At 7 room was supposedly ready. Get to our room cleaning people still there. Another 15 minutes. People have to be out by 10 am. Couldn't have it done on time??

Loved loved loved!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this rental at Star Island. Everything was wonderful, from the grounds to the suite! We had an overabundance of towels and every amenity necessary for our stay. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again.

Cooking was a bit hard, didn't have large pan or pots.

Jacuzzis would have been better if hot water would last to fill Jacuzzi. Called about hot water next day service came quickly but maintenance man didn't solve problem just keep telling me it's hot Yes i know it comes out hot but doesn't stay hot enough to fill past jets line. So again 2nd night cold bath.

Spacious family retreat

Our 3 bedroom condo was exactly like the pictures. It’s big with full kitchen. It was clean and well taken care of. Resort is great for small kids and it’s close to Disney. I recommend.

Very beautiful property.

The property was amazing. The room overall was beautiful however the shower in the second room did not work. After calling the front desk and reporting the problem they sent someone up and they did not fix it. They stated they needed to order a part and would return the next day at 9am. Maintenance was late returning the next day. After fixing the problem one shower was taken and it was broke again. Once again called maintenance they came and did not fix it. After going back and forth and wasting valuable time out of our vacation we just decided to take turns in the master bedroom. The staff was somewhat helpful and also pushy at times. They could not fix the shower. The staff also pushed very hard for us to attend a seminar that we turned dont at least 3 times. Overall we did not let any of this stop to much or our fun. We still managed to have an amazing trip.

Not impressive

We arrived at the hotel at 10pm expecting our rooms to be cleaned. However, two of the three rooms are not even made. All the towels are on the floor in the bathroom and the beds are a mess! Sheets are not changed. We called and complained about it and got a room change. We didn't get settled in until almost midnight!! The only good thing is that they let us check out late the next day. It's still very exhausting after a full day at the park with little kids and have to deal with this at the end of the day.

We had a great time

We enjoyed the week we stayed at the resort. the rooms were roomy and clean. the staff was helpful and nice. My children did lots of activities. I like they had a no cash policy. I didn't have to remember to bring money with me when we were at the pool. I would enjoy staying here again in the future.

I would have given 5 but had issue at checkout. Tryed telling me that I owed 774.00 for one night stay. I had already prepaid. Said we must have called alot of people. We never used the phone. They resolved it but definately inconvenient. However accomodations were great.

The property itself was beautiful, there was some remodeling/construction projects going on around the resort but it looked like it was just for some improvements around the resort. My family and I stayed in a condo that was claimed to have been a 2 3 BEDROOM condo, with a pull out couch in the living room. The master bedroom was beautiful and perfect for my parents, as well as the other bedroom that held two twin/queen sized beds. The third "bedroom" had a couch with a pull out bed, not exactly what I would call a bedroom. Upon our arrival, we did not have enough towels or pillows for all the guest in the condo so I called the front desk, who you would think would have great customer service skills but unfortunately, did not. The women on the phone questioned me about why we needed more towels because housekeeping should have provided our condo with enough, but they didn't, which is why I called her. She was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. After waiting an hour and still not getting the towels or pillows delivered, I called again to the front desk and got the same lady with the same negative attitude. She had forgotten about our request, but would send someone right away. The towels then arrived 45 minutes later. The staff around the hotel and in the bar area had the same attitudes, I suggest going over customer service skills with ALL employees.

Efforts are always made to minimize the impact on guests. Regarding the third bedroom, it has its own door with a separate (private) sleeping area. For that reason, it is labeled as a bedroom. It also has the convenience of a mini-fridge, a sink, and a room safe. Additionally, the maximum occupancy is 10 people. Regarding the staff, I am very disappointed to read about your experience. Please accept my sincere apologies. We believe that guests should be provided with excellent service at all times. Because we are in the hospitality industry, all of the staff members should take their roles very seriously. Each staff member has been trained on providing great customer service. The general manager has been provided with your comments and has reiterated the importance of providing excellent service. Staff members who fail to provide excellent service will be held accountable. Thank you for your feedback as it will help improve upon the service provided to our guests.
