Unidad 1 ° piso hermoso en Cocoa Beach Towers. Salida a una de las piscinas más grandes frente a la playa en Cocoa Beach o paso de inmediato a la playa Océano Atlántico al norte del muelle de Cocoa Beach.

The Absolute Best!

Great Location!

Loved the location! We walked everywhere we wanted to go! The pier restaurants and bars were awesome! Also loved the fishcamp bar and grille next door! Condo was spacious and we loved it!

Perfect location

This is my second time staying in this particular condo. I love it. The pool is right out the patio door and the beach access is very close. My husband and I stayed there for 10 days and almost every day there were different family members visiting. I was able to see my kids and their families… cook a nice meal for them and hit the beach/pool. The place accommodated all of us. I grew up going to cocoa beach and this place reminds me of many good times had here.

Very old property. Over priced.

Property was very nice but the unit we stayed in was very old. Has not been updated since the 70’s, including the bed! No toilet paper, no paper towels, no trash bags. They have beach equipment but most was broken. Over priced for the old of a unit.

Perfect location

Loved how easy it was to get to the beach, including to easy watch a launch! (That was a welcome unexpected surprise). The interior was spacious & comfortable. The property felt very secure. Jeff was easy to communicate with. If I return to Cocoa Beach, this is my first choice of where to stay!!

Vacation at Cocoa Beach

We had an amazing stay in Cocoa Beach FL. The property owner, Jeff was awesome! We had a small problem with the AC and gave him a call and the problem was taken care of immediately. Everything was as described. The pool was just outside of our patio and the kids enjoyed every minute of it. I wish that there had been a washer & dryer in the condo but we knew that when booking it Over all we can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay!

We frequent Cocoa Beach as we have family in the area. This building is our top choice due to location and great pool. This unit was clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Great Towers stay.

I’ve grown up vacationing at Cocoa Beach Towers. This was the first time I’ve rented a ground floor unit with my own family. It was the BEST for little kids! We were in the lawn and in the pool the whole time. I did wish the unit had a garbage disposal but we managed fine. On a side note, the carpet in the living room was great for our 7 month old (no fear of her hitting her head on tile).

We enjoyed our first trip to Coco Beach. Jeff’s place is perfectly located close to great restaurants and the grocery store. The condo beds are super comfy! The kitchen is well stocked. Steps away from the beach access.

Family Weekend

My husband, myself, and our 2 kids stayed for a long weekend. Very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Super close to the beach & right next to the pool. You couldn't ask for a better spot. Thank you for everything.

Location, Location

Nice condo, dated but a great location, plenty of beach toys including a wagon for hauling items to the beach. A wonderful pool as well. Walking distances to restaurants and grocery store. We enjoyed our stay and will return given the opportunity,

Close to everything

Everything was great and very clean. I would like to suggest 2 problems. 1-the floors are slippery when wet. Supply a non-slip rug for bathroom. 2- how about a real mattress for the twin bed.the topper kept sliding off.

Beautiful area, close to everything

We met up with some friends that were staying at cocoa beach towers for spring break. First floor walk out was amazing. Condo was very comfy. Will be back!

Short walk to the beach

Overall it was a good place to stay. We loved having the pool in our back yard & the beach right behind that. Everything at your disposal. Only thing was the locals living there were quite rude, but if you can get over that, its great.

Two weeks on the beach

Condo is great, ground floor so you don’t have to lug things up stairs. Easy to come back from the beach or pool to get a snack or drink. Highly recommended.

Summer Beach Vacation

This place is amazing! We loved staying here and I wish it was my home! Every day we'd wake up and walk right to the beach on a beautiful little path, we'd get so sandy and rinse off and jump in the beautiful pool. We'd take a nap and then go right back out and repeat. It's a three-minute walk to the pier where we watched a rocket take off. How fun, right? Everything about this place is great and super clean!! Having a code on the door is a great idea because you don't need to worry about losing the keys. Stay here, you'll love it!

Beautiful Cocoa Beach

This property is well maintained and gives the guest an easy walk to the beach and other restaurants and shops. The unit is well appointed, kitchen could use some upgrades but was very clean and welcoming. Living room, dining and bedrooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. Not having inhouse laundry was a drawback but we managed. The pool is well maintained and all in all our stay was very pleasant!

Great location - easy access to ocean and pool - lots of space

Enjoyed our stay. Nice to park under cover. Easy first floor access to beach and pool. Good kitchen. Two full bathes. Separate bedrooms for parents and kids. Friendly neighbors - laundry on site, not in the unit. We’ll be back.
