We stayed here for 3 nights prior to going in a cruise. We flew which limited our packing options and this unit had everything we needed! Chairs, umbrella, cooler, even boogie boards! The unit looks just like photos and was very clean! The pool at the complex was clean and not very crowded which was nice. It was very convenient being so close to the pier, we just walked over for lunch every day and right back to enjoy the beach! Definitely would recommend!

Chateau by the Sea

Clean & convenient with lots of great extras like the beachside pool, rooftop deck, and easy secure access to the beach. Just a short drive or walk to groceries, shopping, & restaurants!

Amazing!

We came down as a last minute trip! We scheduled this about 2-3 weeks prior to coming. Was very nervous traveling my first time solo with my kids, I felt so safe and never had a doubt anything would happen. They were very kind and helpful in every way. Everyone we ran into on the property was sweet and kind. The location was perfect, everything is within walking distance. The condo itself is perfect! The beds were comfortable. The space was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and we loved only having to buy food. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. They had laundry soap with was a bonus because I forgot to grab some! Definitely plan on staying again!

Perfect location, condo well kept. Communication with management company was excellent. Amenities like Publix very close. Pool was well kept and access to beach was easy, Rooftop viewing area was fantastic. Prime spot to watch a rocket launch on the beach. Definitely will rent again!

Wonderful stay

We were in #302. Very clean, friendly on site manager. 2 beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were supplied, everything you need to enjoy the beach. Loved the roof top patio, enjoyed watching 2 rocket launches from there. Also excellent view of the beach. Will be back!

Perfect

The condo (302) was spotless and spacious. It was well decorated and had three televisions and wifi. Could not ask for anything more.. communication was instant with Taylor and steps to the beach. Great location for a family to enjoy the area. Airport 40 min away and Disney 1 hr, both easy drives.

Stay at Cocoa Beach

The communication starting with Dean and moving to Kelsey was excellent. Whenever something was needed or a question, Kelsey got back right away. Chateau by the Sea was an excellent location and a fine condominium. We shall return.

Father son Birthday trip

Property was perfect for my Dad and I! Dad’s 76th Bday and Cocoa Beach is his fav place. We have been coming to numerous places here for 40 years. This was his fav and he wants to come for a month next year! Southern exposure on the deck so we had good sun and a view of the ocean. We hardly drove anywhere during the entire week because the pier was so close. Only thing I can think of is to leave a swiffer to clean up the floors every couple days. Thanks for a fantastic get a way with my Dad!

Thank you for a great stay - as a visitor from the UK we were not sure what to expect from Cocoa Beach. Apart from the weather - could not be helped - we had a wonderful time and a surprise is being able to view the launch on December 20th. Also it is so convenient for getting around and places to eat out - we were without a vehicle while the rest of the family were in Orlando -so we 2 were able to walk or take the transit. And the restaurants on the Pier were also convenient and good. I hope we will be back sometime.

Chateau by the Sea Unit 302

We just returned from a five night stay. The beachy decor, super clean, and oohhh so wonderful for a vacation. I work remotely and did work one day and the view from the sliders helped make my day! The unit literally had every expected amenity. Even our fur baby loved it too! We are planning to come back two weeks next year! My husband loved the condo so much, he says if you ever want to sell it, we would be the first in-line. #bestvacation #loveflordia

Everything you need, right on the beach!

Perfect location right on the beach! One of the biggest benefits of this property was the helpfulness of Zareh (the onsite property contact). Such a helpful, friendly, knowledgeable guy! He really helped to ensure we knew what to expect, felt comfortable and answered all of our questions (prior to, as well as during our stay). One important factor for me is cleanliness...and this property was very well kept (inside our unit as well as around the property). Amenities of our condo included hand, dish & laundry soaps, as well as shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. No need to bring those items unless you require something “special”. Save the suitcase space for your sun screen! Beach chairs and umbrellas provided were of good quality (not the case with other properties we have stayed at in the past). Complex had a nice grilling area adjacent to the pool on the ocean side of the building. They also had a very nice shuffleboard area, as well as beanbag game. Viewing deck on the roof was very nice with comfy chairs & tables (we were able to watch a rocket launch as well as air show while we were there). Bike rack available (although not covered), car parking (some covered spots), and common space inside (center of building) in addition to outside pool area. Property is in a good central location & great for biking (it was a bike friendly town). Also VERY happy with the A1A bike rental suggested by Zareh (they were friendly, and deliver/pick-up the bikes from your location making it very convenient). This property is also convenient to bus/trolley stop (that can take you from one end of the island to the other), and easy walk to dinner/happy hour/shops and is very close to "the Pier". Upon a late arrival our first night we decided to go for a walk (it was around 11pm on a Friday night) and we found it to be almost eerily quiet. We ran into a friendly police officer and asked if it was “safe” to be out at night and he said yes…they are more of a “sleepy beach town” 😊 and that petty theft is typically the type of thing you will find and to just not leave items laying around unattended. We would definitely consider this location for future visits.

As advertised, nice place

Place was as advertised. Property manager quickly resolved a small hiccup — the coffee maker was not usable so she brought us a new one within an hour or so.

Spacious, Immaculately Clean Beachside Condo for Families!

We had a wonderful trip thanks to the property owners and this beautiful condo! The condo is exceedingly clean and has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay here. We are a family of four (two parents, a 13 year old, and an 11 year old), and this was the absolute perfect place for us. It was spacious, comfortable, and safe. We are from out of state and we loved the location. We walked to the pier for lunch and dinner, hung out at the beach daily, took surf lessons, boogie boarded with the boards in the condo, and kayaked with dolphins a short drive from our condo! If you don't feel like bringing the umbrella and chairs from the condo (it's a short walk), you can pay for chairs and an umbrella right at the beach. There's everything you need right at the pier, too, if you forgot any beach-related stuff, want to grab shaved ice or ice cream, or just want an adult beverage. This condo is also a short distance from Kennedy Space Center, which was the highlight of our trip! We spent the entire day there (9am-6pm) and would have spent a second day if we were staying for more than a week. We really loved all the restaurants we ate at during our time there, including one on the marina, one on the pier, and one in downtown Cocoa Beach on the beach. The ice cream options are also great! Kelsy was the best host ever - super attentive and checked in with us during our week long stay. We hope to return - we had such an amazing time!!!! One of the best beaches I've visited, and I've been to a lot of beaches in my lifetime!

One of our favorites!

Chateau by the Sea provided a beautiful and relaxing vacation spot for my husband, daughter and myself. It is perfectly located, clean, and well maintained. We appreciated the close proximity to the beach, pier, local entertainment and dining. The viewing deck was a nice bonus, not to mention the beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella and cooler! Though one of the boogie boards was broken when we arrived, it still served us well enough. It was also a wonderful surprise to see we did not have to purchase any essentials for the bathroom, kitchen to add to the “ starter “ kits. I also must mention we appreciated having a broom and vacuum available. Many times these items are locked up in rentals we have used which makes keeping things like sand and hair etc straightened up nearly impossible. What a great stay! Just wish it could have been longer

Better than expected!

This was by far, one of the nicest beach condos we have ever stayed in! The unit itself was true to the pictures shown in the listing. Was super clean upon arrival, all appliances worked well, and we loved the beach boho decor! The unit was well stocked with plenty of towels, extra blankets, sheets, toiletries, kitchen cleaners, and a comfy queen air mattress. The roof top deck was amazing (we even got to see a rocket launch from there), the pool was warm and so much fun for the kids, and the beach is literally just steps away. I booked this listing because of its proximity to the pier but we did not end up even going to the pier because the condo and beach was enough! There are several volleyball courts on the beach right next to the unit, which was a plus. With plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment nearby, there is much to do in close proximity to the condo. We also really appreciated how secure the premises was. There are cameras throughout the hallways, elevators, and on the rooftop. There was also a security guard that walked the property at night. With teenage daughters and a young child, we really appreciated that! I would highly recommend this listing to anyone who loves the beach and appreciates an adorable and super clean place to stay while on vacation!

What a fantastic property this was! It was exceptionally clean and the location was perfect. The pool and rooftop patio were a bonus! Kelsy was a great host - she was quick to respond to any questions we had. I can't wait to go back!
